This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I want to work with their best sales professional, Victor Estrada.
2026 Honda Pilot review
Best family car I’ve ever owned. The interior design feels really modern and comfortable, and I love all the dashboard features and technology. It has a sporty feel while still being smooth and roomy for the whole family. Definitely one of the most comfortable SUVs I’ve driven.

Crown Honda review
This was the first time I have done all my car shopping on-line, using email to communicate with the dealerships. When I sent my first request for their best OTD price, I was blown away when Crown Honda came back with their offer, detailed and in writing. The quoted price clearly indicated they wanted to make a deal. No other dealer ended up coming close to the Crown offer. From that point forward in the process, there was no bait and switch, no adjusting of the quote what so ever. The signing day was a breeze. Friendly and professional staff. No pressure, no attempt to upscale on added items and they gave me plenty of time to review the documents before signing. It was actually a very pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend Crown Honda for your next purchase.
