From sales to finance a non confrontational experience. Todd is gregarious, knowledgeable and just plain unpretentious. Inventory was surprisingly full with most models available. Would I return and/or recommend Hampton…YES! Get together with Todd for a great car buying experience.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

My experience with mendoza ford was excellent. Especially our sales lady baylie, she was very nice and professional and made sure we were happy before we left the lot. I will definitely refer people to her and mendoza ford

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

My experience with this dealership was great! They were very prompt with responding to all of my emails. When I arrived at the dealership, they had the car I inquired about in the front and ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. The purchasing process was seamless and quick. The salesman and other staff were very polite and addressed all of my concerns and questions.

I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. I will be sending all of my family and friends to Honda for their next auto purchase because Christopher Robinson knows how to take customer service to the next level while making you feel like you have a dear and trustworthy friend for life.

Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

Great 3 row SUV.. Drives a bit heavier in feel than my Honda CR-V. good performance. comfortable seats, quiet while driving, 25 mpg on highway..

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Update (One Week Later): I would like to provide an update to my previous review. Since expressing my concerns, Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette reached out promptly and took the necessary steps to fully address the issue with my vehicle. I have now been driving my car for a week, and I can genuinely say it feels smoother and more refined — a noticeable improvement that I truly appreciate. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Hunter for taking the time to personally look into the matter and ensure that the issue was properly corrected. Thank you as well to Edwin, my service advisor, for your guidance throughout the process, and to Charity for your patience, professionalism, and kindness. Your efforts played a significant role in restoring my confidence in the service department. I recognize and appreciate when a business takes accountability and works diligently to make things right. This is a nice SUV that is not flashy, but it does its job carrying the people and running errands around town. It’s also nice for longer trips.

Darrell and his team stayed late after we got stuck in traffic on our way to purchase a used vehicle. Not only did we get amazing service, but we also got an amazing deal on a beautiful vehicle!

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.
