This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

I was at Tom Gibbs and saw buy 3 get one free on tires. I priced it out and was very happy with the price. They gave me lifetime of tire free alignment and can’t believe how great a job they did. My car going down 95 didn’t budge. It was straight as an arrow. I will tell everyone I know….go to Tom Gibbs. It’s a local family run business and they care about customer service.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

i bought a lexus gs300 from this dealer. the process was easy and did not feel pressured at any point. they let you take the vehicle to a local mechanic as well. i left a deposit on the car for 3 days so it did not sell while i was waiting to get there. the deposit went to the purchase price. Vehicle covers our needs for towing the family fishing boat. Great for winter driving in our region. This model year cargo space is better than many of the other SUV's available.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

The sales team was friendly and knowledgeable. They weren’t pushy and really took the time to answer my questions. It felt more like talking to a helpful friend than a salesperson.

The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Went to dealership in my town and felt like there was one goal for that dealer, how can they structure the deal to make them a winner. Then one hour before going to sign deal (communicated to dealer, earlier in the day) they sold the car out from under me. Daytona Nissan was so easy to work with, yes I?m sure they had a goal too, but it felt transparent and such a pleasant experience!

Have always owned the Odyssey. Still probably my favorite. Pilot is beautiful inside and out. I got the black edition. Could have more vents for a/c and storage space. Rides quiet and smooth. Easy to drive long distances. Averages about 20 mpg

This is a nice SUV that is not flashy, but it does its job carrying the people and running errands around town. It’s also nice for longer trips.

I bought my 2014 Pilot Touring 4x4 used 4 years ago with 67k miles on her. We're at 150k now still going strong other than tires and routine maintenance no issues at all. She handles great on all terrain and in all weather, shes big enough to haul the family around town, move across the country in comfort or a weekend at the lake and you'd never know there was a trailer or a boat behind you. They did lose a star on the exterior for the paint peel on the roof above the windshield as others have mentioned.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Our customer Service Rep, Brandy, always makes it easier than expected. She watches out for her customers. The facility is roomy, comfy seating , lots of TV going in, a great coffee machine. All that makes exiting tolerable, even nice.
