Excellent experience buying a car from this dealership. Great test drive -- got to go on the freeway, etc., and both of us got to drive and test lots of features. No pressure and very cordial, just showing the car and answering our questions. We weren't able to pay with debit card at this dealership, but reps were able to advise us on buying money orders nearby. We love our new (used) car!

Loved my new professional experience with Simon S. at West Houston Subaru. We were his 3rd sell that day and made him a Hero with sales. Honestly, he was our hero, as he took such fabulous care of us so close to closing time. Today, he scheduled me come in to explain all the features of the car with detailing and took time out of his sales day. He's the best! I bought a 2017 Honda Civic last week. I was preapproved before I walked into the dealership. There were a couple of issues once I began completing the buying process, but after 3 hours at the dealership, I walked out with my new vehicle.

We recently went in to trade in our smaller car for a new one to upgrade on space and the service was absolutely phenomenal. Every question was answered to a T and we were in and out quite faster than I thought we would be as they were very willing to work with us on pricing and were very responsive and respectful. We’ll definitely be buying more cars from here.

My wife and I had a good experience with Bayway Cadillac of the Woodlands last week. Our Sales Rep Priscilla was very helpful and respectful. The dealership worked with us on a fair selling price before we drove 2 hours to their dealership. When we arrived, there were no surprises after looking the car over, only the necessary paperwork with finance manager Hoyuky before taking delivery. I would buy from them again!

The team at Global Auto Sales were extremely transparent and made the entire car buying process easy. They didn't charge any crazy extra required dealer add-on fees like most dealerships seem to be doing now. They were very quick with replying to any emails I sent regarding info on the car I was interested in. I would highly recommend them!
