Don was very polite. I didn't get the car I wanted because I wanted more off the price then he could do. However he remained polite and respectful. If the car doesn't sell soon, hoping he'll reach back out. Fingers crossed . 😊

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Tyler in sales was outstanding. This was the best experience buying a car my wife and I have ever had! He had answers to all of our questions and was never pushy. He knows Toyota vehicles in detail and even helped us setup our new car using the Toyota app. He’s super fast and accurate. He also knows all of the players in the deal from financing, service, and even the runners that get your gas to top off your deal. This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!
