I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to see if they could do a recall repair under a time-line schedule. Our service advisor, Vicki, was knowledgeable and assured that the work would be completed on time as my wife and granddaughter were to be at an appointment late afternoon. Not only did Vicki assure us that the initial work would be completed on time as requested so we left the vehicle at the dealership knowing that they would call upon completion. Vicki called us and let us know other repairs that should be done and suggested the brake job that needed immediate attention. I authorized that this be added to the work order and once again was assured that it could be finished in time. I felt very comfortable adding the additional work especially knowing that my daughter and granddaughter were driving this car and needed it to be safe. My sincere thanks to Sterling McCall Honda in Kingwood, Texas and most importantly Vicki for alerting this repair to us. This action comforted us knowing that it was safe to drive. Geo, is the best salesperson who put faith back into dealerships and salespeople. He Kept every word promised and did an excellent job communicating, helping, and answering concerns. It was worth the 12 hr drive to do business with him. He should be promoted for going above and beyond his job. He was the last person to leave late at night and even helped move our things to the new car to complete his sale. Great salesperson and would make a great manager! The finance manager Brian was great too, helped make the buying process easy.
