I visited 6 dealerships in a month prior to arriving to Goudy Honda. All other dealers where unwilling to work a deal. As the last dealer on my list, I arrived at Goudy. Pete and his staff from the beginning made sure I was taken care of. Tim made sure I was well informed with the vehicle and different models in inventory. He made sure I was well informed with the vehicle I was interested prior to my purchase. They worked with me in crunching the numbers and got the greatest deal!! Great experience!!! Sami in sales was extremely helpful and accommodating to my family. We drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership and the 4 of us showed up 30 minutes before closing with my wife, a toddler and 6 month old. Sami, the manager and an F&I associate stayed an extra hour after closing to try and make a deal with my family. I was very impressed with the condition of the used Odyssey we were looking at and also the dealership presentation and amenities for customers. The staff went above and beyond with their reconditioning of the van, replacing the timing belt and tensioner which I have never seen another dealership do on the more than two dozen Odyssey’s with over 100k miles I’ve inspected in my ongoing 6 month search. The detail department also did an excellent job with the vehicle which is an area where most dealerships are lacking. Unfortunately, we couldn’t come to terms on my trade vehicles value at that time. While Weir Canyon did later agree to match a CarMax offer, we then were $1,500 apart on the cost of the Odyssey and did not end up purchasing the vehicle from Weir Canyon. Nonetheless it was still an awesome experience and I wholeheartedly recommend this trusted Honda store.

I recently went to the Honda dealership in Westminster a couple of days ago because my sliding door was having issues—and of course, it was raining that day. I want to give a big thank you to my service advisor, Renae Franco. She was super nice, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even though my sliding door wouldn’t close and it was raining, Renae went above and beyond by wrapping the entire door with a plastic nylon cover so rain wouldn’t get inside my van while I drove home. She didn’t have to do that, but she did anyway, and I really appreciated the extra care. A few days later, I called back to follow up and spoke with a supervisor named Henry. He was also very professional and took the time to work with me to help resolve the issue. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. After this experience, I feel confident trusting this Honda dealership with my vehicle. They’re honest, professional, and willing to work with customers—something you don’t find at every dealership. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone
