They are good honest people over there at Auburn Honda. I flew out from New Mexico to buy a used car sight unseen and they represented it honestly as it was just as they had stated it to be. The salesman Todd was helpful in everyway to make the sale a smooth transition coming from out of state and Ty made the final closing with all the paperwork transaction seamless. Very thorough servicing of my car & ?cars health findings video? afterwards was very informative. Service rep was very helpful. I did NOT care for the Ai partnered booking an appointment, which later got cancelled & service rep said it was NOT him who did it!

Aaron, who was a new sales person did a good job considering. He was respectful and took the time to inform us of our car’s options. Financing was also straightforward.

The experience was awesome. My sales girl Michelle was amazing. The finance department was awesome working with us talking to us and explaining things very thorough. We just love the Honda dealership. We traded in our old Honda and we love this dealership. They’re very friendly they’re courteous. They’re very attentive to your needs. Can’t ask more than that and we love our new Honda passport.

Came in for an oil change. Service was fast and welcoming. No pressure sales when coming in for service. The service department is on your side when addressing your concerns with your vehicle.

Recently purchased a 2026 Honda Ridgeline from Auburn Honda. They were great to work with and I didn’t feel pressured. We worked out a deal that we both agreed on fairly quickly. The Ridgeline I purchased had just arrived at the dealership so they hadn’t had time to complete their usual new vehicle preparation. They were accommodating and arrangements were made for me to return and finish the final details. I very happy with my new purchase and everyone that I worked with.
