Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

The 2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E has performed up to my expectations! The ride is smooth, the engine performance is everything that I expected, the transmission shifts without notice, the interior is extremely nice and the truck bed is great!

Erkan (Rick) and his colleagues were super helpful and really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opener). The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. Great job, Erkan! Strongly recommend the dealership!

I really love driving this truck. It rides and handles like a car but you have a truck when you need it. The only negative I have is it has a lot of wind noise which is annoying.

If my credit was on point I would've been driving my dream car. The K900 is a sleeper for those who do not know. But they did try to help.

I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

Had such an amazing experience! Was a bit nervous to purchase a new vehicle especially in this market but the staff & service were outstanding & comforting. They educated me on every step & were so helpful with any questions/concerns I had. I've been car shopping for some time now but I'm beyond thankful I was able to find DNT. Would recommend to anyone in the market looking for a trustworthy dealership in the DMV. I leased my Ridgeline in January 2017 and bought it out of its lease at the end of 2019. I love that it's quiet, smooth, and drives more like a car or luxury SUV than a truck. The interior is sleek and I really like the in-bed trunk. I drive mostly highway miles and get ~24 mpg. It's closer to 25+ in the summer and 22 in the winter. It always shifted strangely and in 2021 (at 140,000 miles), it seized up and I brought it in for a diagnosis. They said my catalytic converters were fried, which was a $5,000 fix. Earlier that year, it had some fuel injector issues that were covered by recall. Asking the mechanic, he thought the fuel injector issue may have caused the catalytic converter damage. The next summer (at 180,000 miles), the same seize-up issue happened, so we replaced the transmission, which has fixed the issue. It shifts better now than it ever has. Luckily, my dealer was good to work with and did it at cost. I have only towed on two or three occasions, so I was surprised by the transmission issues. Overall, I have been satisfied with the vehicle and would buy another Ridgeline. It's big enough to tow the few small things I need to, the interior is comfortable and quiet, smooth driving, and I have been able to achieve the posted fuel economy (18/25).

Paper works was ok. Dealership could should have faster computer system to close the deal. Credit dept. officer was very professional.

Can’t beat this Ridgeline for comfort and amenities. 18k miles and it’s been a pleasure other than two small issues. The CarPlay continuously disconnects and according to the dealer, there is no fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s basically useless. Also, wireless charging does not work. It connects but never charges. Same response, no fix at the dealer. Such a great vehicle I would highly recommend but these two issues mar an otherwise nearly perfect truck.

Staff was very confident, knew there inventory, and quick to respond to questions and inquires. The dealership has a good variety of cars at many different levels and different price ranges. Overall a very good experience and would recommend and come back to this dealer in the future.

It fits all of my needs. It is comfortable to take on trips, can haul all my needs, either for things I need for my home ,on a weeklong fishing trip or a vacation down south. Overall, it is the perfect vehicle for me.

Design, comfort, reliability excellent. Was no wonder CR had it as one of the top rated. Would buy it again in an instant. If it meets your requirements, buy a used one. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve bought a lot of cars from out of town but this has to be the best one yet. I dealt with Kamron & everything was just as he described. He went around the car with his camera & showed me every detail. The 500 mile ride home was perfect!! If I could give them 100 ⭐️ I would.

Its 2024 I got my 2006 RTL in 2007 outside of the light of the radio isn't illuminated anymore(who cares) this truck is still rolling strong with 197k miles on it! We have done some big boy truck stuff with it too and hauled trailers up mountains(no kidding) I see these trucks on the road and they're nice and probably stronger in many ways but this truck is like an old pair of comfortable boots at this point.They do the job and when its clean,it still looks awesome!,why do I need new ones? People offer to purchase it still.

I am now getting a Keyless Start system error. I never receive a recall letter. I talked to a mechanic and he said that they have issues with this problem, not all 2017 ridgeline. I hope to find an honest dealership that tells me if there is a recall for this problem and does not cost me hundreds of dollars. I found this service bulletin that shows the Keyless Start System Error problem.

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

This is my 3rd Ridgeline, a white/black edition. I am a commited Ridgline fan-boy. While not as robust as some larger "work" trucks, this is the perfect gentlemans truck Two biggest benefits are: reliability and superior gas mileage above all others in it's class

Most comfortable pickup I have owned(extensive spine injury).hate the auto stop feature…the electronics are the worst.very difficult to sync a phone. Great mileage. I Plan on keeping this truck a very long time.also required maint.is a disappointment..never had to change diff and trans fluid in any of my previous trucks

Recently purchased a used 2019 RTL-T model. First impressions are rides like a high-end car, with the functionality of a truck: very impressed. I bought it for everyday use (I'm retired, play golf) and the occasional use for hauling lumber for home projects. The interior is a-plus, except for the minor un-functionality of the infotainment system: no mute button for audio system on steering wheel or on display, must go through a menu to get to active music screen and USB cable tether for Android Auto instead of wireless. Otherwise, excellent! Ride is superior to any other midsize truck, interior is attractive and spacious; leather seats are just a little firm (less so than a Cadillac which I feel are unreasonably firm!!!). Power train is very responsive and lite on fuel as compared to a full size truck. With Honda reliability and car/truck versatility, I do not know how I have lived without it for all these years!

In retirement, we wanted to get to being a one-car couple. The Ridgeline has been perfect. Rides like a car with great features and still allows you to haul large or bulky items in the bed and tow (we've done both). The dual swing tailgate is great and we use the trunk all the time. Just been a great all in one vehicle.

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

Love everything about this truck except the radio and android auto I have the RTL HPD version with the radio that requires smart phone interface for maps etc. It is very complicated interface and dissapointing. RTL E has built in navigation and superior radio. I like everything else.

Koons Service Department is top notch. The ease of scheduling appointments, work is always done as promised, and on time. I recommend Koons Buick GMC to all my friends and colleagues. I wouldn’t consider taking my vehicle anywhere else. Mr. D

Bought my RTL-T model new in 19. Smooth, very comfy. MPG averages 23 with highs of 29 on long trips. The T model is near the top. Negatives are slight wind noise above 60 mph with no air coming in. Confounding. I replaced the poor armrests with aftermarket. No volume knob but it was added in 2020. No mirror defroster is baffling. Navigation, and whole info system takes time to learn. 3 recalls already all fixed by dealer. Hood latch, fuel pump, and rear camera. I overall it runs perfect. Honda engine and tranny warranty is lifetime. Looking back the only other PU i would have co sidered is the Ford Ranger. But Honda quality will last me many years.

Traded a 2008 Tundra with a 5.7 liter engine. I purchased a 2019 Ridgeline new. Really impressed with the mpg. Comfortable seats. Not really impressed with quality when closing the doors, but it a truck. Presently have 41,000 miles, no issues. The info center is starting to act weird. I do not like the shifter, you need to be careful putting it in Drive, a number of time I had put it in low, not good. Seems like they could put a lockout button that would prevent this issue. Overall I am pleased with the Ridgeline.

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. this is my second Ridgeline, I had a 2007 sold it with 325 thousand miles, in perfect running condition only some rust issue, this one I love ,I have it for four years ,only a battery and tires.

Purchase the Ridgeline used. I like the way it drives and handles. Used through several home renovations handled loads fine. One major problem with all Ridgeline roof racks they leak all four stanchions in the car show leakage Honda refuses to admit it's their problem
