Everyone at the Hendrick Dealership is amazing and I?m very impressed with their service. I am not impressed by the parts made by Honda though. I haven?t had my car a year and a door lock actuator had to be replaced. I ask where is the quality? My 2003 Nissan had auto locks and they worked up til I sold the car to the dealership. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Honda not the dealership.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I was treated with patience & courtesy! Rafael Rodrigues was totally competent! So was the service manager, Matt White; they also took time to speak with the insurance folks to help me get reimbursed! Thankyou so much.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

My requests and expectations have been met with professionalism and friendliness. I am in and out in a timely manner. I have not experienced any problems or issues.

You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

My wife and I bought our son his first truck from Joe I can't say enough good things about the whole experience he was very helpful he answered all of our questions he talked to all of us including my 16 year old son zero pressure just a great experience we will go see Joe the next time we buy.

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

Being 73 years old, I have bought a lot of cars from dealerships during my lifetime and this was one of the more pleasant experiences. Our sales person, Robert Kinney, was friendly, helpful, and considerate of our time. The deal he presented was straightforward and fairly priced, so we had to do only a small amount of negotiating and we got to a deal quickly. It was a pleasure not to have to go through the usual "B.S." and time wasting. We would buy a car there again.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I recently took my car in for oil change, tire rotation and 5 point inspection. Everything went smoothly except no one checked the tire pressure and made the needed adjustments. In fact I’m not even sure the tires were rotated. I knew the tire pressures needed to be adjusted …..I guess it was my assumption they would check / correct the tire pressures. After I was on my way home I checked the tire pressures and the numbers are the same as before I took the car in to them

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

Our 2011 Lexus RX 350 vehicle served us well for 13 years and over 284,000 mile's, a truly fantastic vehicle but was getting tired and so we decided it was time to buy a new one. Not having purchased a car in 13 years and a trip to Lexus Dealers yielded today’s shocking prices we were not prepared to accept. We then began searching for a lightly used Lexus and contacted Nodine Motors in Inman SC who had an extensive inventory of used Lexus vehicles. Angela Nodine answered my phone call and said she had just received a 2014 Lexus RX350 that was in excellent condition, the color and features were exactly what we wanted. Long story short, we met the next day, checked out the vehicle, was in impeccable condition and purchased at much less than half the price of new. The entire process was very smooth, the staff very friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with in all aspects. Plus the opportunity to meet Angela’s black Schnauzer dog who presides over the premises added another touch of joy to our buying experience. I bought a truck from tavern motors about five years ago. They provided a wonderful vehicle. Offered repairs on drive training for a free months and totally stuff by their word when I did have a little something come up in the timeframe. It was such a great experience I decided to use them as my mechanic. They are awesome. When I needed a second vehicle a free years later I went to tavern motors again. Another great buying experience. Now this year my 20yr old daughter was ready for her first vehicle. I was very comfortable sending her there for not only her purchase but for repairs when needed. I know they will treat her with respect and I'm happy to recommend them to everyone.

My Honda Accord is going to be one of my favorite cars. It is very reliable and spacious. Ever since I purchased it it never gave me problems.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

Mathew Cabral was great as our sales person. He was knowledgeable and answered questions and offered info on the car but was not pushy. Ryan is the sales manager and he checked in a few times to make sure that everything was going well.

My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.
