Called for them to expect me in about 4 hrs. Made it in about 1hour and 30 minutes. Walked to the front door and a sales clerk ask me can i help you. And he says are you Derrick Sommerville? And i said yes! How did you know? That's old school service that does not happen nowadays, so hat's off to them. The experience with Taylor was phenomenal!!! The test drive was highly informative!!! I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

You have to get the 2.0T and not the 1.5L. They hold way higher values while also being an absolute blast to drive with a large aftermarket community for this vehicle. Mine was totaled in a hailstorm, and after quite a bit of reserch this is the only vehicle I would buy again.

Barry at Dahl was so great to work with! He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles we were looking at (engine, performance, safety, amenities, etc.). He spent a lot of time with us making sure he was putting us in the right vehicles that match our lifestyle and desired options. At no time did we feel rushed or pushed to make a quick decision. Great mid-sized truck! Far superior to offerings from Nissan and Toyota - both of which ride like trucks. The Ridgeline rides like an SUV. Quiet, predictable and dependable. The Honda Safety Sensing system is a tad of a nuisance but you get accustomed to ignoring it. Surprised that Honda doesn’t do a better job. Infotainment system is overly complicated. Fuel economy is acceptable. Power is acceptable.

Came in to look at a 2022 Pacifica. It was in really good condition, reasonably priced, and no serious issues. There was one minor issue with it that they took care of for us before we finalized the sale. Only minor caveat is that we had pre-arranged financing through our bank, and they did contact our bank but didn't go through the agent I specifically told them to contact, so there was some confusion about the loan that way. Overall a positive experience, would buy from them again.

I am so vey happy to have purchased my vehicle through Brenengens. My sales person was Steve "Kubby" Kussman, he was wonderful to work with. (VERY FRIENDLY) was not pushy in any way. I had a couple issues after my purchase (which were not serious) but Kubby and Pat McKenna (car manager) took care of them right away. They were so good about it. I was very happy with that. So many other times I had purchased a vehicle elsewhere I had issues with getting help with the vehicle I had purchased, which is the most frustrating thing! I am 3 1/2 hours away from Brenengens , but the next time I am looking for another vehicle, I am going there 1st. I am also letting others know how good they are there. Cindy Schwartz

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

Your service department is outstanding. Mike Dahl is fantastic and takes great care of us every time we visit. I strongly recommend this service department. If you ask for Mike, you can't go wrong.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Purchased my 335 BWM from Shifted and it was a great experience. I'm not from the area and this would be my first sight unseen purchase of a vehicle; Shifted made it easy and I love my new (used) car. I have had my 2006 Honda Ridgeline/steel blue metallic for 20 years and I love it!!! I've had some mild issues with it. But I love it anyway. I've had some crazy fun in it and gave it a transmission leak by using the 4 wheel drive a few times, with no experience, ok. But I made my transmission leak problem go away simply by watching it for a few months and adding ATF when needed and adding stop leak to the transmission fluid and a few months later, NO MORE LEAKS!!! We just could not afford $1,300 to have that fixed by the dealer at Southwest Honda in Amarillo, TX. I love and hope to keep driving my Honda truck into my old age years for a long time and I only have 87,000 miles on it so far. Currently its got some minor damage and a bit of missing paint, but I still love it. My xhusband picked that out for me and I thought it looked like a space ship at first. But he took me to the dealer and a great salesman by the name of Jim Dia sold it to us for me to drive. I love the trunk in the bed, that is too cool. My tailgate works just fine. My bed liner coating is a bit scratched up because I've used the bed to do all kinds of stuff. I put a ladder in the bed of that truck and climbed on the roof of my house before. I've pulled down dead tree branches before, in that truck and alot more!!! I brag about that truck. Also, my Ridgeline has some different add ons, like the flare kit over the tires, bug reflectors on all 4 windows and hood, metal tube step rails on both sides, and step tow hitch. I pulled my first trailer/med. Size UHAUL from Missouri to Texas in 2022 to move my mom, that was scary and fun, I wanted to see if I could do it and I did it with no problems. I can't remember all the memories, but I've always worked threw the minor stuff and I still love my 2006 Honda Ridgeline. I always have, I always will. I told my xhusband at the time, over and over that I love the truck and I don't want a new one, because of the high interest we had to pay because of our poor credit scores and the hard work, joy, the blood , sweat and tears that I personally went threw. That truck is personal to me and I still love it 20 years later!!! That truck made it on the cover of CAR AND DRIVER MAGAZINE, back in 2006 and I was proud to drive it then and I'm still proud of it!!! Thank you so much, Honda, for making a really cool truck!!! Bought a 2010 4runner in mint condition. Very happy with the car and working with them they made sure everything was perfect. Stayed late as I had to drive 4 hours. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable ride, great performance for a vehicle of this size and plenty of space inside. The 9 speed transmission does a good job but can get finicky at times when deciding which gear to be in.

Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.
