The wife, myself and kids drove in a week ago for a reliable second car. After a short test drive with the owner ? midnight motors (during which haggling was done) a few issues were pointed out with the car. Paperwork was completed and money changed hands. But the story (Review does not stop there). The issues pointed out by Midnight Racing Auto were spot on and have be resolved. With a planned visit to their service department next week to them for new tires. We are very pleased with the purchase and staff at midnight motors. Yes we read the bad review out there before going and remain glad it did stop us from giving them a chance. Midnight Racing Auto will be doing all future service & Sales on this car and our others! ? While trying to determine how to proceed with getting a new car after our old one was totaled, I expressed interest in the KIA Carnival. I was able to ask a bunch of questions and visit for a test drive. We had other errands we needed to run that day so we said we would think about it and the next stay texted with the agent to make sure we were on the same page with the pricing and then came in to sign when it was all figured out. The sales agent was helpful always willing to answer questions and show us the various aspects. When it can time to finish the paperwork the team gave a reasonable estimate and we left with the car.

Let me start by saying I was in the car business and can be a very tough sell! I spent a lot time with the general sales manager named Ryan Shank who is the most patient and sincere man in the car business. we changed vehicles numerous times and took a lot of his time. I was irritated with us myself and I was truly amazed how well he handled all of our turmoil. He had to run 10 different scenarios and cost sheets. And he was the best price in town by far! Our salesman Greg was great too. He held our hand every step of the way - bringing us car after car to test drive. We even met with the general manager named Chuck who was also unbelievably helpful, nice and very supportive ! In finance, another gentleman also named Ryan checked us out and was extremely efficient and nice. Thanks guys ! you’re the best in the business! I’ll be making numerous referrals.
