I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

On a 110+ degree day, AC went out. As I stopped by Arrowhead Honda with no set appointment, Grant Foster took charge of my AC repair request & within hours brought back cool & working AC. I would say an excellent job done!

Bought a Civic Si for my 16 yr old. Everyone at this dealership didn't try to oversell me. I visited other dealers who tried to sell me add-ons like tinted windows or $500 for UV protection where I'd have to come back to them every 6 mo. I got a fair price without being nickel and dimed. There were no games. Even Finance just offered an extended warranty without hard selling. Very happy with my experience. I managed service professionals for 30 years in Investment Banking and these guys treated my like I want my mom treated.

The car is perfect for me! Great price & good gas mileage. Been extremely happy with the car & South Pointe Honda. Love that I can fold the seats & haul even a 6ft ladder.

Love my Honda Fit. The back seats have 4 positions for different needs. Front is comfortable, all gadgets easy to use, love my big screen stereo, and many other features. The back hatch I have the shield which hides belongings while shopping (sold separately)

If you are looking for a friendly, low pressure experience..then Surprise Ford should be your first stop. Working with Dan D (sales) and Josh (finance) you are going to find a pleasant vehicle shopping experience. We were shopping for an Explorer (2017-2019). We traveled to Chandler, Mesa, various parts of Phoenix, shopped online and didn't find anything that fit in our budget. If we did the vehicle was in horrible condition (sight and smells). We wasted time again and again test driving vehicles that the sales team wouldn't work with us on price. ..even though they knew our cash cap before the test drive. Finally a friend suggested to take a ride out to Surprise Ford..sure what's one more dealership, right? What we found wasn't just a dealership, but a team working to get us what we wanted, work within our budget and make sure we were satisfied with our decision. We bought a 2017 Explorer XLT. Yes the vehicle can pretty much sell itself, but the staff at Surprise Ford gave that personal and professional touch that made the decision to buy that day the right one for us. Yes...I am still charmed by that new car smell, but I have not second guessed where I purchased from for even a second. No buyers remorse here. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle...take a ride out to Surprise Ford at the 303 and Waddel. Yes it's a little far for some...but it's more than worth your time

Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.

They went above and beyond to make the transaction quick and stress free and explained all the paperwork I needed to fill out. I was driving my “new to me” vehicle off the lot in about 2 hours. Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

I'll be so honest, I hate car shopping (like most people do). I ventured to roughly 6 or 7 dealerships in the valley within the past few weeks, but ultimately I'm really glad I gave Arrowhead Honda a shot. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Bryson for going the extra mile! Bryson took his time answering all my (many) inspection questions and was super patient while I made my decision. You can tell he extremely knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to cars, which isn’t something I've seen with most salespeople. When I first got this car, it was amazing and it was very smooth while driving. I got the touring version which has the Bose 12 speakers. This car drives like a SUV, which is comfortable and nice on the road and the highway and it is also very quiet not that much road noise. I would highly recommend this car! this car will never disappoint you, it will give you the satisfaction a regular high-end SUV would.

My lease was up on a few months and this particular morning when I was driving to work there was a loud grinding noise coming from under my truck. So, I called Ashley in service and told her I would be bringing my truck in this afternoon. As always she greeted me with a big smile. When I explained the issue and about my lease being up soon, she introduced me to Adrian. From that moment he had everything under control. He asked me what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. He spoke to a service writer, came out with numbers I was happy with, showed me a truck I asked for and the deal was done! Adrian went above and beyond. from the storage boxes under the rear seats to the safe in the center console. He even cut off my trailer hitch lock on Saturday for me. I Adrian and Ashley a 10+!!! I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I WENT IN ON WEDNESDAY 9/10/25 WITH THE INTENT TO TEST DRIVE TO SEE WHAT I WOULD BE INTERESRTED IN GETTING. WHEN I GOT THERE, I WAS GREETED BY TANNER. I IMMEDIATLY TOLD HIM THAT I HATE CAR SHOPPING AS IT COMES WITH ANXIETY AND ITS NOT MY CUP OF TEA AND THAT I WENT TO PEORIA FORD AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED. THEY DIDN'T LISTEN AND WAS ALL ABOUT THE SALE!! I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED AND WHAT I NEEDED AND HE SAID OK LET'S SEE WHAT WE CAN FIND. TANNER LISTENED TO WHAT I WAS SAYING DIDN'T JUST DO WHAT HE WANTED TO MAKE A SALE. THAT WAS GOLD STAR #1. HE TALKED TO ME LIKE A PERSON AND AGAIN LISTENED TO ME AND DIDN'T RUSH TO MAKE A SALE. I HAVE NEVER FELL IN LOVE WITH THE 1ST CAR DRIVEN AS MOST SALESPEOPLE END UP BRINGING ME VEHICLES THAT I DON'T WANT BECAUSE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE SALE. I NEEDED TO TAKE TIME AND WORK OUT SOMETHINGS WITH ANOTHER MEMBER OF MY HOUSEHOLD BEFORE MAKING A FINAL DECISION AND TANNER AND HIS CREW WERE UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THAT AND DIDN'T PRESSER ME AND HERASS ME. THEY ALLOWED ME TO GO HOME AND TAKE CARE OF WHAT I NEEDED TOO. FAST FORWARD TO THE NEXT DAY, I WENT BACK AFTER WORK AND MADE THE FINAL DEAL. THEY WORKED WITH ME NOT ONLY ON A PROFESSIONAL PERSONAL LEVEL BUT ON A FINACIAL LEVEL AS WELL. THEY KEPT MY PAYMENTS WHERE I NEEDED THEM AND MY INTEREST LOW! AGAIN THEY LISTENED TO WHAT I NEEDED! (PEORIA FORD IF YOU SEE THIS MAYBE YOU SHOULD GET RETRAINED BY THEM) THEY ARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND NOT ABOUT BEING PUSHY ON A SALE. SO, TO WRAP UP THIS REVIEW I GIVE ARROWHEAD HONDA 5 STARS AND PEORIA FORD -5 STARS. I WILL BE REFERRING PEOPLE TO ARROWHEAD HONDA AND WHEN MY MAMA IS READY TO TRADE HER CAR THIS IS WHERE WE WILL BE GOING!!

This car is on the slow side, but can be peppy if the buyer is willing to consider a manual transmission. Having a second Cam, and weighing less than the previous generation is a boon to it’s performance. While the Car is certainly comfortable, it’s lacking heated seats is a tad unfortunate. The handling is great with maybe a lighter steering feel, but on wider tires that goes away. The Fit feels equally at home carving mountain passes as it does on city streets. As for the styling, there are fake vents on the rear of the car that are somewhat distracting to me, but those have been slimmed down with models more recent than the 2015 I bought. The magic seats are an awesome space saving solution and the rear seats have much more space than the car is given credit for. All in all, it is an excellent car with good feel, and great value.
