Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Beginning with the first person who answered the phone, continuing when transferred to the service department and assisted there, the entire experience of people working at Normandin was impressive - very helpful, friendly and professionally handled from beginning to end; a wonderful group of people! I called Monday Dec. 29th, needing a new key fob; there was one in stock and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. Jason was the person who assisted with this on-site, and he capped the experience in the same way - friendly, very helpful and professional! Special shout-out to sparkling Charlene for reminding me it was New Year's Eve!

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we purchased in 2024 for the last seven months. The vehicle has been in and out of the service department. The car was not fixed or temporarily fixed (only for the issue to return the next day) and or denied any mechanical issues existed. We were even told to take the vehicle to another Dealership (Lincoln) as they could not fix or identify/find any problems, but at this point, we did not trust any Lincoln Dealerships due to the consistent gaslighting, fabricating, and inability to repair the vehicle. Instead, we took our car to Capitol Ford/DGDG Group and the service was absolutely what one would expect. Professional, engaging, mechanical experts, honest, caring, and engaging. Our service writer Zejna Dubinovichas has restored our faith in the Ford Brand (Lincoln is owned by Ford). I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

The service and knowledge of Daniel Avendaño is superb! We went to the Honda dealership 3 months ago to see our options and he gave us all the options without being pushy or pressuring us. At the end we bought not 1 but 2 cars and we couldn’t be happier with Daniel, and the whole team service. When I first got this car, it was amazing and it was very smooth while driving. I got the touring version which has the Bose 12 speakers. This car drives like a SUV, which is comfortable and nice on the road and the highway and it is also very quiet not that much road noise. I would highly recommend this car! this car will never disappoint you, it will give you the satisfaction a regular high-end SUV would.

From start to finish, I had an excellent experience purchasing a used 2009 Porsche Boxster that was in Near Mint/Mint condition from Capitol Volkswagen (DGDG) in San Jose. I had been searching the entire country, literally, for a nice 2009-2012 Boxster (i.e. 987.2, manual), luckily I found a great one at a reputable dealership that was not too far away. Everyone at Capitol Volkswagen that I dealt with made the purchasing experience a good one. In particular, Lori Campbell was very courteous and helpful throughout the purchase and in coordinating the transaction over the internet and phone, and to reserve the car for me, which was important because I live 450 miles away in San Diego. Arthur Fang was also helpful and easy to work with in setting up the financing, while Byron Bautista was great during the actual sit-down and signing of all the 'papers' (it's almost all done on an iPad nowadays). Even the General Manager, Peter Scibetta, chatted with me for a bit which was appreciated. I flew up in the morning, and loved driving my new 'baby' back home. Thank you Capitol Volkswagen!

yes my car has 2014 miles on it just bought it from the auction the car was dealer kept from day one the car is in mint condition in and out i took it to the dealer and they love the car and said no problems you should get 300.000 miles out of it. it is dark gray color and black .i will be driving 6000 miles a year. so dont let the miles fool you. no oil leaks i have all the service records one owner. i said its in mint condition
