My Service Advisor, Emily, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She told me it would take a certain amount of time for the service and it was done a few minutes before that time. She told me a couple of things about my vehicle that I did not know so I was grateful for that. Overall, the experience was just great and I'll be back.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

We were given an appointment immediately when we called, and taken immediately in when we arrived for the service. We were given an estimate for the duration of the service, and the job was accomplished well within that time. The service was explained and the cause of the problem was shown to us. All of the staff were courteous and efficient.

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

We had a great experience buying a used car here. Our sales rep, Zach, was wonderful. He helped us get the car we wanted, even providing information that could have persuaded us to buy from another dealer. Zach is infinitely patient, and helped us get to a price we could afford. Can’t say enough good things about Zach and Vern Eide Honda!

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Hunter Otten helped us with the purchase of a 2026 Honda CR-V. Hunter was very professional, helpful and cordial. We enjoyed working with him. We have purchased several vehicles in the past from Vern Eide and return because we know we can trust this dealership, and there service is top-notch. The CR-V we purchased had a small computer problem, and Vern Eide personnel and Honda Tech couldn't correct the problem. An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.
