Jerron was a delight to work with he was very professional and communicated with me through all the process he was able to go step by step on warranties and helping me choose the right car. I traded in a vehicle and left with a Tucson SUV I am very happy with Hyundai in Anaheim thank you Jerron for the great experience. 2 years ago I had a bad experience but you definitely have turned that around and hope to come back in the future and get myself a even newer car !

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

I will start by saying I’ve been to many dealerships to get my Honda serviced, which in the majority were disappointments! But when I came here I had nothing but the best service! Cezar Melena went above and beyond the call off duty! Taking the time to explain questions even if they were very common questions, I felt comfortable and with confidence. I had bad experiences in the past with asking questions about my car and the majority of people make me feel like I’m bothering them, but not cezar he was patient and extremely helpful!!!

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Compared to other times I've been in cardelearships, this was the fastest time as far as hours spent waiting for finance. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Price for the services was improved. Clean waiting area with room for social distancing. Hot beverage area was open again.

We purchased our 2019 Honda CRV used almost six months ago from Airport Marina Honda. Today, we brought it in for a Multi Point Inspection service. I dreaded making the appointment and took a whole day off from work. To my surprise, the whole experience was smooth and took less than the two hours originally quoted. Felt apprehensive before going to this dealership because I read some negative reviews about them on YELP, however, they had the exact car I was looking for so I gave it a go. Soon as we arrived, Chung Li met us with a big smile & immediately got the car we went there for ready for us to test drive. Honestly, I was waiting for him to flip a switch, but he never did, even during negotiations. Despite several hiccups that came up which almost prevented us from getting the car, he kept his upbeat attitude and did everything he could to make sure our purchase went through. Even the finance manager, Sara, stepped up to the plate and tried everything she could to make sure we had the best deal...without any pressure! She even threw in extras without us asking for them. At the very end, we almost couldn?t take the car home because our auto insurance card did not have my son?s name on it which is who we bought the car for. Chung stepped in again and tried to contact the insurance for us and/or figure out a way around the issue. Unfortunately, it was too late in the night to get a hold of anyone. This is when the dealership manager (sorry I forgot his name) stepped in & threw in a 1 month insurance policy covering us and & my son without any extra cost to us!!! Honestly the best auto purchase experience I have ever had or witnessed in all my life & everyone who was with me agreed. Indeed it was a pleasant experience and though everything took almost 3 hours, it didn?t feel that way at all. In addition, the dealership was very clean with a play area for kids and a nice sized customer lounge w a flat screen, coffee & tea maker. This place is gonna be my go to next time I buy a car!

The sliding doors get suctioned closed when it rains or has other moisture. We've damaged the handles and our shoulders and elbows and wrists trying to open the doors. We have to resort to someone pushing out with their feet from the inside at the same time as someone pulls the handle from the outside. We had to replace the transmission at year 20 and had coolant and oil leaks at year 24. It has 185,000 miles on it.
