My experience there was good. I went to go look at a honda accord. But I felt in love with the Toyota Camry. Everyone was nice and offered me and my mother water. I really appreciate that everyone there has good customer service.

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

Salesman Steven listened and knew exactly what I was looking for. Worked to get us a great deal. Friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. He made it an easy & pleasant experience. Highly recommend this dealership. Jacob finance guy very courteous as well.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Amazing service, have never had a smoother car buying experience. Larry was super friendly and helpful. He helped me get into a car that worked for me and I was definitely lucky to have him. I’ve been coming to this Honda dealer location since 2008. A long time, loyal customer. When I took my vehicle in this week for multi inspection oil change, I was provided friendly, attentive service and my car was given the attention it needed. Krystal, service advisor, provided me with a detailed, thorough report on my SUV (my Pilot is 21 years old and still runs great!) and gave me extra points to keep in mind as to the care to continue give my SUV over time to ensure it stays in great shape. The service is Five Star… I would have given a 5 star, but in learning the dealer no longer offers car wash service, it was a bit disappointing. As a customer, there’s nothing like that feeling of always loving to drive away with a clean car after the car has had work done. But nevertheless, Ocean Honda Service and advisors on board know their stuff with years of experience behind them. Thank you Service team.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.
