From the moment I met Garrett Wright and told him I was interested in purchasing a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid as soon as possible, he did everything in his power to make this happen. He was professional yet down-to-earth. He was very patient as he answered all my questions about the features of my new car. I never felt rushed. When he found the exact car in the color I wanted in Canadagua, he made sure that someone drove the car to West Herr of Lockport so that I could have the car sooner. What makes him so extra special was that he went above and beyond when he came in on his day off to make sure all the paperwork was completed so that I could take possession of the car the next day and he did this with a smile on his face. When I sat in the car he once again made sure he explained the features of the car offering to call him if I need any additional help. I am so thankful to Garrett for making the purchase of this new car so much less stressful for me. He gave 100% and was so accommodating to my needs. 2023 Honda Odyssey review
Very Reliable and a Great Value for the Money
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.
