I arrived at 7:00 a.m. for walk-in service and was greeted by Jake Ellsworth. He was friendly, professional, and kept me informed about the progress throughout the 1½-hour wait. I really appreciated the video they sent showing the mechanic inspecting my car and explaining its condition—it added a nice touch of transparency. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with good coffee and snacks available. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful. Overall, an excellent service experience—five stars!
