One particular individual named Arion (hope I spelled it right) was extremely helpful and courteous answering all our questions and always asking if we wanted water or needed anything (it was hot out today). My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

This was my first expericene shopping for cars and I was a little nervous, the sales people at Auto City made me feel welcome and did not overwhelm me with sales pitches. Frank was kind and helpful and I appriecated that. I did not purchase a car that day but because of the treatment I recieved will be going back there in the near future.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Buying a car was so easy and transparent with Encinitas Ford. Loved working with Larry (sales) and Dan (finance). Such a better experience than I had with another dealership.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

The customer services was amazing through the whole process. Everyone from finance to the sales team were helpful and easy to work with. I love my new Jeep Cherokee.

Hassle free and no pressure dealership. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Chris and Araceli were easy to talk to offered great advice. Araceli handles all the documents and financing with ease and walks you through every step. She definitely makes sure you understand the process and makes the experience go as smoothly as possible.

I saw a 2019 Honda Odyssey in the website of doc Paramus Honda in NJ and I saw the vehicle Saturday and by Monday Marc García and Wael were able to work with me and my husband to take that vehicle home even BEFORE seeing it. My service advisor, Sam, was friendly and helpful. I originally made my service appointment online, but discovered when I arrived at the dealership there was a complication with the computer program and my appointment was never set up. Sam said he could fit me in right away. An hour-and-a-half later, my car was ready to go. Thank you, Sam!!

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!

I spoke with Peter a few times on the phone about a certain car on their website. He was fantastic-- very knowledgeable , low pressure and very accommodating. I live about 90 miles from SD so Peter text and emailed me all the info I needed to make a decision on this car. I submitted my financing application online , drove down to test drive the car the next day...LOVED IT...and sat down with Bob, the owner, and within 30 minutes I was on my way...driving away with a new car. The experience was nothing like I've ever experienced in buying a new car- easy, quick and efficient! The car is gorgeous and I got it at a great price. Peter and I are still in communication regarding a few items (extra keys, etc) and he is very responsive and I have faith that he will come through for me! II would highly recommend working with San Diego E-Cars...I can't say enough about their customer service, professionalism, efficiency and... beautiful cars!

This is the best family car I’ve owned. The kids have their own entertainment while I can listen to my own music. Accessing the third row is no problem as the seat in the middle is removable and the pilot seats slide to the side, making it easy to get to the third row even when the pilot seats have car seats. It’s a wonderful car!

What an amazing experience! I had the pleasure to have John Khalil as my sales agent, who happens to not only be a welcoming and zealous sales agent at CarMax of Oceanside, CA, but also a very talented painting artist!! He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. He went above and beyond when complex situations came about during the bank’s verification process. The determination he had to push my situation through with his persistent diligence as I watched him communicate with high professionalism and positivity as a team with his colleagues/finance management team was remarkable!!!! This is a brand new car, so all we can base this on is the ride home from purchasing it. We traded in a 2014 Toyota Sienna AWD Limited which had been a good car, but it was lacking refinements in its information/entertainment center, and it was quite noisy and rough. We can only judge from the 100+ miles we put on the Odyssey so far, but it is luxurious and smooth riding and quiet. The drive on two-lane rough roads and interstate was wonderful. There are too many features to mention here, but we are sure we made the right decision in purchasing this beautifully designed car. Even the exterior has a very special look. We purchased the white with beige interior and love it.

We looked at all van brands before picking the Odyssey. We also test drove the Toyota and Kia vans. The main feature that sold us was the second row seating. With the middle section out the two outside captains seats can slide from side to side as well as forward and rearward. They are called Magic Seats and are great. We slide our grandkids to the middle in case of a side impact. We have had some recalls, but none of them caused use any problems before they were repaired. We would buy this van again now. We have had it since new and now 40 months and 36,500+ miles we are happy.

This is our fourth Odyssey over the years. We love them. We love our new Odyssey. The radiant red color is beautiful. It has plenty of space inside. There are also many convenience features. Even though we no longer have kids to have to shuttle places anymore, we love the space. This van is great for traveling.
