This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Very excellent experience with this dealership. Our salesman, Dane, was understanding and genuinely trying to get us the best deal possible. We knew there would be back and forth when it came to negotiations but not once was Dane pushy, aggressive, or agitated. The price for our trade in didn’t match what we were looking for however Dane made sure to find wiggle room within the overall price where it would even out. Please remember, the dealership will tack on additional features, some can be removed some can not. I’ve been buying cars for years, this was honestly my best experience. We already had financing in place, the dealership did not push their own financing on us at all. Very pleased with them, will recommend Victory Honda to everyone. Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Cody was amazing! I began researching for a used car in early June and finally found my dream car but within my budget. Affordable and great value for my trade. Where do I begin?! This being my first time every purchasing a car, it was far easier than I expected! I expected a scary back-and-forth pressuring negotiation between myself and a tough salesperson, but NOPE! The whole process was much easier and went smoother than I thought it would be! I took interest on a car online and messaged the dealership through their website. I got a quick response from the internet sales team, under Cassandra Crawford. I had read previous reviews on her on Yelp and was glad she was the one who personally handled my purchase! All the positive reviews she previously received, I believe 100%! When I first stepped foot on the dealership to just take a look at the car in person, she gave me no added pressure to BUY NOW! She had a very kind employee (Eric) drive me to the expansion lot where I took time to admire the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and Cassandra gave me a quote printout with all the incentives and best offer to begin with and I walked right out that door feeling no sense of pressure put upon me! We continued to email each other for about a day until we got to where I wanted. From the beginning she asked me how much I wanted to pay for monthly and the down payment and she definitely delivered to meet all my demands! I told her from that I wanted to enjoy the vehicle and not regret it down the line all because of a spur of the moment big purchase. She understood that completely! In fact, I came by the next day to ask her further questions about the deal and that was it. Still no pressure to sign any contract or deal yet! I told her I'll be back tomorrow to sign everything and finalize the deal but mostly to sleep on it one last time (cold feet ��). She really worked with my work schedule to see when the best time was for me to come back. So, that was a total of 3 visits to the dealership (all my decision) and she was able to take time in her busy schedule to meet with me every single time. You can tell she is a very busy woman but she gets back to you on a very timely manner! We were even texting on her personal phone after office hours because I had so many questions for her (Sorry Cassandra!). Along with her assistant (also her daughter), they are able to work with you to meet all your needs! I told her that I would text her and let her know when the best time for me to come in was and with very short notice, she had everything all taken car of! When I got there for all the paperwork, my car was sitting right in front of the dealership, all clean and ready to go! Her daughter, helped me the technical details of the car and was very helpful! Frank, was the one who was nice enough to take time off from sales to help me start paperwork while Cassandra was at a doctor's appointment across the street. It was the only time I could swing by during work with a 3 hour window, so Cassandra was able to relay the information to Frank. Once Cassandra got back, she brought me over to Wayne who handled the finances. Wayne was another great associate who made sure to explain every little detail on what I was signing because I always have a lot of questions! He also worked with me to get the best deal possible on any extra maintenance packages I may need on the car! He was very honest on if I really needed a certain package or not and did not scare or pressure me at all into buying anything! The whole pick-up day process only took 1-1.5 hrs of my time and went very smoothly! ���� Do not go anywhere else if you are thinking about getting an Audi! Go straight to Cassandra! She will definitely take care of you! All the wonderful reviews on her on different websites are all accurate! Everything still feels unreal after a few sleepless nights because of pure excitement! This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

I flew in from Phoenix az to purchase my 2015 BMW X4. Comparably equipped X4's in Arizona are $3000 more than United Imports price. But none had the color combination I wanted anyway. United did. Isaac knew the vehicle inside and out and didn't pressure me to buy. Transaction was smooth and quick and I was on my way back to Phoenix before the sun set. Btw, they have sooooooo many very nice pre owned vehicles. If cars are your weakness, stay away ��. You will want to buy something.

We were looking for a 2021 Honda Accord Touring and were able to find three for sale at Ocean Honda. Unfortunately, by the time we scheduled a trip to Santa Cruz only one car was left. We had received Emails from both Robert Estrada and Michael Livanos from Internet sales and we went down to visit their dealership. Years ago when they were in Capitola I received excellent service on an older Honda Accord which they fixed stating it was still under warranty. I was quite surprised that my Wife and I weren’t stormed by Sales People when we pulled up. We were able to walk around the lot without anyone coming out and starting a sales pitch. When we went in and asked to speak to Mr. Livanos who advised us that that last Touring car was sold, but he spent a couple of hours with us in looking at cars. Prior to leaving we had obtained a value on our trade in and had ordered a car. All the Staff were very helpful in assisting us during our visit. Plenty of parking and the Dealership was well laid out and clean.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.
