What I liked about Tristan is he owns a Subaru so he believes in what he sells. He was very knowledgable and honest and took the time to take us around the lot until we found the car we wanted then he showed us all of the car's features and demonstrated them to us on the test drive. Negotiating was fun and easy.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I was having issues with the steering or alignment on my Jeep. I made the appointment and they got me in right away. Josh Petty was my service writer and he exceeded my expectations. He did a thorough inspection and made several recommendations. I appreciated this as I am always concerned for my safety as well as the safety of my passengers. My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Last week I went to Peoria Subaru to help my daughter buy a used car, her first. It was without question the best car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership was smaller than others I have been to, but very new looking and certainly big enough. Caitlin Humphrey was the person who assisted us. We found Caitlin to be very friendly and helpful without being the least bit artificial. Her title on her card is Product Specialist and she certainly knows Subarus. She was able demonstrate all the features of the car and sat with my daughter for an extended time, after the sale, to familiarize her with all the controls. She was also very professional and knowledgeable about the sales process. All the information was presented succinctly without a lot of distracting side sale pressure for addons or extras. Caitlin genuinely seemed to enjoy and reflect my daughter's enthusiasm in getting the first car of her own. I would not hesitate to visit Caitlin and Peoria Subaru for my next car purchase. The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Purchased a new CRV hybrid. Was a no pressure purchase. Salesman was helpful with selection, answering my questions, and showing me the new features. This is my 3rd CRV, and my first new one. This dealer serviced my previous vehicles. Very happy with the finance and service departments too.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

Very nice people who provide very nice service. I liked their coffee, and the wait time is low. They washed the car and changed the oil and filters, and now the car runs smoothly.

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. if you want a car that will last for 200,000 miles and probably longer get a honda odyssey we have had 3 and only replaced tires, wipers, bulbs ,oil , batteries

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.
