I'd like to comment on Sher Grey. I spoke over the phone with her about some online vehicles she had posted. I was so impressed with her knowledge and concern towards my situation in being able to get me into the car I was really wanting. She was straight up with me and said she'd do all she could to get me in the car . I finally felt like there actually was someone out there in this car business that I didn't have to worry that I was being taken advantage of . I'm definitely making an appointment with her and feel secure that she will make sure I'm taken care of like I should be. Thanks Sher your one of a kind!! See you soon..

We purchased our 2015 chevy sonic at unrelated dealership in February loved the car. However in April our 4 yr old grandson got brain cancer. He was sent to Tulsa 1st then to St Judes in Memphis TN. Long story short I I've got some miles on my car. I've had to take it in where I bought it.nothings ever wrong they say ( a/c went out then on way back from St Judes my car transmission shifts hard never been the same and uses mire gas, I have grown to hate this car ) However every time I call Tom in service he let's me rant rant rant and never complains...even when I call him Tommy like he's 12.He gets me in changes my oil and never says a word about the brand new car whose chevy dealership logo sticker that's only half there cause it was applied incorrectly. Come on people really I should of known right.. Bob Hart's chevy has the best service people always smiling if u ask anybody in service a question and they don't know the answer they just don't look at u and say uh ask Adam! If they don't have an answer they will do EVERYTHING in their power to find out..Got a Chevy problem call Bob Hart. He keep us going
We are from out of town we ran into an issue with our Chevy had to come here they contacted our Chevy dealer which is in a different state these guys goddess in right away or kind or courteous I highly recommend good people.
I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon hard rock from another dealership in Oklahoma this past May. This dealership where I got it, never mentioned the multiple things wrong with it. I inherited many faulty problems with the engine and fuel system that I was unaware of. I took it to Melton for multiple repairs and worked with John in the service department. Best choice I ever made taking it there. John was just excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. Today I picked it up and runs like brand new. I couldn???t be happier. I deeply thank John for being honest and his patience plus expertise in explaining all the parts, work and time it was going to take to get everything right. I tell you, I???m bonded to Melton service and the staff couldn???t be more helpful and friendly. Melton service is the only place we will go now to service our vehicles. I highly recommend Melton service, they are A+ top notch period. I???d say take your vehicle there even if you live far away from Claremore......I know everyone would agree wi this post. My f450 Diesel needed immediate attention as I was hauling prorodeo horses to a nearby PRO RODEO. THEY PUT ME FIRST THING IN MORNING AND DEDICATED A HIGHLY SKILLED TECH TO KILL THE PROBLEM. THEY GAVE me A LOANER CAR SO I COULD TAKE CARE OF MY HORSES WHILE WAITING. IT GETS BETTER. They called to say a expected repair of originally quoted 650$ was only 160$ due to wiring that was truly the culprit. They are honest and forthright. The owner took time to discuss and introduce himself. The hospitality was outadapark.!
