Great service...seamless! Salesperson (Linda Pesantez) was very professional, attentive and forthcoming/transparent while tending to our needs. It helped too that my fiancé and I knew exactly what we wanted as far as choice of vehicle. We should note here that there seems to be a "homey" feel to the ambiance. We didn't feel pressured in the least and the entire purchase process lasted approximately 2 hours or a tad over. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Mahwah Honda for your next vehicle purchase. I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

The service department was really great. So many friendly people working there and I was in and out in less than an hour. Even the sales people were very helpful. 5 stars!

I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. Yaik patiently answered all my questions and explained how various options would work. He guided me through the whole process and worked hard to get me the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it to be. The experience I dreaded turned out to be pleasurable thanks to Yaik and all the other staff at Route23 Honda that I dealt with. Love the car!

Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

The best car-buying experience EVER! We walked into the dealership knowing what we were looking for, but not intending to "take the leap". There was no pressure, Mitchel listened to our preferences and was able to locate our dream car. We fell in love at first sight! Our Ascent Touring in Dark Mahogany Pearl fits our needs perfectly. Mitchel even fulfilled our last-minute request for wireless charging and got it to us before pick-up. On the day of pick-up, Rich went through our financing and extended warranty needs explaining everything and getting us set up. This is our 7th Subaru, the first from Brewster, and we couldn't be more satisfied! We will be back.

What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

I didn’t end up dealing with them but they were quick to respond my inquiries about the vehicle I was interested on. They even let me know to NOT come to my appointment when my car went under a “pending” offer which saved me the trip. Unlike other dealers that I experience during my search that were even posting fake adds to good to be true just to get ones attention and then the old: -sorry we sold it- but not until I was already there wasting precious time. I will recommend Tarrytown Honda, they were profesional, respectful and polite even though we only exchanged a few phone calls. Thank you.

My wife was in the market for a New Accord for over a year. Last year we almost bought the 2022 LX (She loves cloth seats). She was so happy she waited. The Meteorite Gray is a beautiful color and the car is perfect in every way. Looks, features, fuel efficiency. Even the tires are Michelin. Her only complain. Front pasenger seat is too low. That is it!!

I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot from Tenafly and the sales associate, Valerie made the process super straightforward and easy. Up front pricing and no scams. Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.
