Erin was not pushy at all, knew her cars, and although I am not a great negotiator, I was able to reduce the listed price of the vehicle and both sides compromised on a price rather quickly .She provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision and did not make any false promises. Most of all, the price of the car is all-inclusive and they are not trying to add on things to jack up the price so you are both on the same page. The test drive was by myself so I could really see if the car drove well and fit me. She even drove me back from the rental car drop off after closing hours, so I wouldn't have to walk a mile back to the dealership. From a safety perspective, every employee was wearing a mask and social distancing was observed when possible. Great no-pressure environment.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

It could not have been easier to buy my car. I searched and found the car on cars.com, clicked check availability, and in a short time, I heard from Laura who was awesome. I went to Antioch Toyota and after seeing the car in person, was on a test drive in no time. We arrived back at the dealership, filled out the paperwork. I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

My husband and I are long time Kia Sorento owners. We've been leasing them for over 12 yrs! We absolutely LOVE them. In all those 12+ years, we've leased every single one of them from Capitol Kia in San Jose because we're just loyal like that but after our last deal with them we felt like the loyalty just wasnt being reciprocated.  Well we decided to try our luck at a new dealership and we had just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Dublin Kia so we figured we'd take a drive and check them out....boy are we glad we did!!!  First off, when we walked in we were greeted at the desk by Naseem, the nicest, smiliest, guy which we initially thought was the receptionist but he turned out to be our salesman who was beyond amazing!! Since this was our 5th Kia, we knew exactly what we wanted and the deal we were looking for which we knew might be a tough negotiation but after explaining what we needed to Naseem, he went to his colleagues, Amir, who is the dealerships awesome manager and Shah, the fantastic general manager, who both were so cool about making sure we got the deal we needed and literally made the whole thing happen in less than an hour!!! We had to leave to pick our son up from school and by the time we got back they had our new 2025 Sorento XLine Series, washed, cleaned and ready to go!!  This was the easiest and most pain free car buying experience we've ever had and the best part was just how welcoming, friendly and positive they were that we had come to the right place to sign another lease with KIA!! After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I bought a 2013 535i from NorthState Auto and it was the best car buying experience I ever had. First of all, our sales rep, Milo greeted us and we explained the type of car we were looking for. Within minutes we were out for a test drive and we were having a lot of fun. After we came back we discussed semantics about financing. It was a very relaxed environment and we were able to talk about everything we need to. Once we got down to business, Tim from finance stepped in and helped us further. He helped us understand in detail and answered all the further questions we had. We never felt pressured or anything to make a purchase as the sales reps don't work on commission. I personally have never been in a dealership that has that sort of work environment but I do have to say that it was very pleasing to not have someone pressure me into making a purchase. All in all Milo, Tim and the owner of the dealership(sorry I forgot your name good sir) were outstanding with their customer support and the ability to answer all the questions we had. My wife was in the market for a New Accord for over a year. Last year we almost bought the 2022 LX (She loves cloth seats). She was so happy she waited. The Meteorite Gray is a beautiful color and the car is perfect in every way. Looks, features, fuel efficiency. Even the tires are Michelin. Her only complain. Front pasenger seat is too low. That is it!!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Laid back experience. Cars are as is-what you see is what you get. The van we looked at was missing some components and the CD player didn’t appear to work. No negotiation, just if you like it great, if not keep looking. Sales folks are straight forward-no one is making a new best friend but they are courteous.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

The dealer called me immediately and described the car I was interested in. Informed me about the cars 1 owner history and was very outgoing and friendly. Offered options in car delivery, since I reside in hayward, CA. I wish I could have purchased this spiffy red Toyota Corolla 2007 but I assisted in dental procedure payments in the past year so I currently cant afford to make any major purchase this year. But, it's great to know that there are still some very nice older model cars out there when I am ready to purchase 1. I pray that before my next car smog in 2 years that I will have the funds to purchase a 2007-2016 Toyota Corolla Basic style car. Any free car donations are welcome too but hopefully near where I live because I would like to test drive the next car I get and Tracy, CA is kind of far from where I live, but the folks around there seem to cherish their cars and am more likely to purchase a 1 buyer car there than around this very fast moving part of the East Bay area here in Alameda County. We can barely exit our apartment driveway where I reside currently because the traffic come from 2 major speedy streets leading on and off the freeway. My neighbor and her child were badly injured because on our 25MPH street the cars go about 50MPH on the average. I wish the mayor, and city council would put some traffic slowing bumps on our street but for now I'm just feeling anxious about living on this busy street here in Hayward, CA, USA?

This car replaced my 1993 Civic when the corrosion of the midwest did in the suspension, which was not worth repairing on on a car with 279,000 miles. Now my current Civic was approaching this benchmark fast befor Covid. It had some big shows to fill and easily did so. No problems, and it has been beat to crap. This is city driving, so the engine hours are through the roof. Average maybe 20mph thoughtour it’s life. Did need it’s starter replaced once, although this was less expensive than the old timing belt tuneup on the 93. There was an issue with thinning paint on trunk and the car has been hit with enough rocks and when parked that she is far from pristine. I vouch for the safety as this is the insurance replacement of one that got totaled with 60 miles on it back in 09, a roll over. Run off road by semi whose brakes failed. I find the car quite comfortable for commuting purposes and the AC still works. It’s a DX-VP, so she’s awfully spartan by modern standards. Now that I work from home, the miles are coming slower. I assume a better conditioned one with low miles would hold its resale value pretty well. I’d like to justify getting a new car to scoot around town but it’s impossible to justify.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

A sale price and $10,000 in incentives brought me to the dealer 3 1/2 years ago, and now, after all this time and 40,000 miles I could sell the car for more than I spent on it. But we won't be selling any time soon. My wife and I agree that we won't consider selling it because there just isn't a comparable car on the market, at any price. The creature comforts are many and we've saved thousands of dollars on gas. The only con is that it's not a powerful car when running on the 103 hp 4 cylinder alone. But, with a charge in the battery, the car is plenty quick and fast. And, unlike the all electric's we never have to wait in line at a charging station which would drive us nuts. Easily the best, most trouble free car I've ever had in my 40+ years of driving.
