I recently wrote an honest review regarding our negative experience. Within a day of the review a manager of the dealership called and said they wanted to repair the problem. They did end up repairing at no cost to us and also gave us another truck to drive while they had ours. The door and door locks now work perfectly and we appreciate their effort to make it right. I was unable to remove or edit my previous review, so wanted to be sure to leave another to share that they did end up correcting the problem. We are pleased.

A bit pricey and mpg declines much faster than expected. Takes awhile to get it back closer to advertised. Other than that,I have been happy with this vehicle.

White Allen Honda in Dayton was great. All of the people are easy to work with, friendly and accommodating - especially our dealer Cat McMillian. The paper work and financing was the quickest and easiest of any car dealership I have had over the years - a quarter of the time it has taken at other dealerships. Great job!

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!

Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Everyone at White Allen was awesome to work with. I initially reached out online. I received a prompt response and quick answers to any questions. No high pressure from anyone which I appreciate! Brian was great. He answered on his day off and contacted his manager Dan to get a quick response on a final price. Cat finalized the deal with us. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took her time with us, even though we were past closing time. She gave us a full orientation of the car and dealership and sent us helpful resources. I was hesitant to go to White Allen because of distance from us, but am so glad we did. This is my 6th Accord, bought from 3 different dealers, and White Allen was the best by far. I had a great experience buying a used truck from out of state. The truck was exactly as advertised (actually better) and I got a good deal. Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

Total INTEGRITY! Not like all the other low prices advertised on the internet who had all kinds of crazy add on?s and hidden fees. One even didn?t include freight with their advertised price and when I looked into it further it could have been $998.00-$1998.00! Was able to buy it for the advertised price, no hassle for not buying additional warranties or Ziebart treatment. Salesman Kevin Bauer was a pro and he made it easy to make the deal. Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

Comfortable ride, great performance for a vehicle of this size and plenty of space inside. The 9 speed transmission does a good job but can get finicky at times when deciding which gear to be in.

Likes: Reliability, short turning radius, front and rear seating is comfortable and spacious. Ride is fine for us. Adaptable cruise is GREAT, except with snow or even rain (sometimes) it is disabled. Dislikes: Road noise pretty noticeable on many roads...I suspect tires. Speaking of (Hankook) tires, vehicle has 25k on it and tires are pretty worn already. Tires are rated for 70k when I shop...good luck on that. Center console not designed well imo. Floor mats started pulling snaps up almost immediately (driver's side). And one other thing (my fault)...I assumed car this well equipped (and pricy) would have backup sensors. IT DOES NOT. You'll have to go to Touring for that. Guess I should have checked. Would buy again, but might bite the bullet and get a Touring.

One of the best dealerships I have ever been to. They gave us a good offer with our trade and were OUTSTANDING with the van we purchased. Our salesperson, Brad, was very helpful and laid back. We had our three kids with us, and all the staff were very understanding and accommodating. It was definitely worth the trip to Tipp!

The vehicle is good in all categories. Which makes it great overall value. There are only 2 things I do not like. The Black card that does not consistently work to unlock the driver side door. The light option under the rear tailgate to unlock trunk with your foot. Otherwise I would of rated this SUV a 5 star vehicle.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Got our Sport Touring in May. Love it so far. Very comfortable, averaging around 40 mpg. Roomy back seat for seniors. Great on Interstate or around town
