Bought a truck this week. Was originally dealing with Jeana but that was short lived due to her sh*tty attitude. She was extremely rude, kept interrupting me, and walked away from the desk twice in less than 5 minutes. A sales manager came over to get on the same page as me and I told him then that I would not be doing business with Jeana but still wanted the truck. Jeana needs to find a new job to weasel her way into because sales and customer service is not for her. Absolute worst attitude I’ve ever seen from a salesperson, especially one whose job literally relies on making sales. She needs to be terminated. Jeana definitely earned her rating of 0/10. Fire that useless, rude b****! I was moved to Alana’s desk where she handled all of my questions and concerns with the utmost respect and positive attitude. Alana and her partner Mike truly went above and beyond to ensure this deal went through. From my in person visit, to my texts after purchase, to making sure they retrieved my items in my trade in vehicle that were locked in the glovebox. Alana and Mike are a top tier team and made the experience night and day better. Cannot speak highly enough of both of them. 10/10 for that power team. One bad egg (JEANA!!) nearly caused me to walk out. If you’re considering visiting this dealership, I strongly suggest you ask for Alana or Mike. At the very least, make sure you ask for anyone but Jeana.

Great car. Love Honda. Interior is fantastic. Touring comes with a lot of useable features. Exteriors looks sharp, not a box. Pick a good dealer for service.

This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. I will be sending all of my family and friends to Honda for their next auto purchase because Christopher Robinson knows how to take customer service to the next level while making you feel like you have a dear and trustworthy friend for life.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

During my 16 month stay in Savannah these people helped me to get a good, reliable car for a reasonable price. When I had a little problem, they repaired my car in no time. Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

The staff made purchasing our 2023 Buick Enclave a pleasant experience. Barry was very knowledgeable of all the operating systems of the vehicle. He knew the answers to all our questions. Darby did an excellent job presenting information on the warranties options that are available. Lee made sure everything was went smoothly. Definitely a first class experience!

Purchased a 2025 Honda pilot EXL it is so smooth. The 10 speed automatic works flawlessly if you’re in the market for a midsize SUV I highly recommend you take a look at the pilot.

Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

I want to give a BIG SHOUT out to Kevin and Steve in Service. They went way far and beyond in service for us. Our 2022 Equinox broke down and we needed it to go on a trip 3 days later. He took our car in... worked us in... diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. When the part came in the next day it was not the right part, so he sent a driver to pick up the correct part so we could have our vehicle. The technician Steve, worked on our vehicle first thing that morning and got our car fixed so we could make our trip. It is not often anymore that you have such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and EXPERIENCE as we got from this dealership and their willingness to help us in a tight situation. Thank you so much Kevin and Steve for going out of your way to help us in every way that you could. We truly appreciate everything that you did for us. You made it the best of a hard situation, and took care of us.

Amazing car for the value! Looks great and drives even better. I'd recommend this car for family as two car seats fit perfectly in the backset :)

The vehicle is good in all categories. Which makes it great overall value. There are only 2 things I do not like. The Black card that does not consistently work to unlock the driver side door. The light option under the rear tailgate to unlock trunk with your foot. Otherwise I would of rated this SUV a 5 star vehicle.

Bought it in january 2026 with 106,000 miles for only $5500. Since NJ doesn’t do very good inspections though, it did need a little bit of work but i’m hoping now that I've finished the repairs it will be good to go. Overall, it is an amazing car, you can’t go wrong with a honda. I love how big the trunk is in the back with the shelf. Sunroof, original rubber floor mats and amazing audio! Great gas mileage even after 19 years. One thing i don’t like is the folding down middle console. My sister liked mine so much she bought a 2011 CR-V EX-L which has some nice features but she was willing to pay a little more. Car was originally worth $21,000 and after 19 years the value has only gone down half! Best bang for your buck.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

I have taken to long to give Keller's a great review. My wife and I bought her a car last June. No problems! I asked Jeff to find me one like it; he did and texted me. I placed a deposit the next day. We have two cars from them and I told him my next is for me. The one I just bought I'll give to my daughter. He texted two days ago about another that I told him I wanted. They do not pressure, have great customer relationships and highly competitive prices. If I don't buy this third now, I will within a year!

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

Our son is in the army and needed a vehicle in a very difficult market place. He walked away with a vehicle within hours of stepping on the lot it was very reasonably priced and they were very accommodating assisting him with a few issues immediately thereafter that both parties were unaware of at the time of sale. You can tell it’s a reputable seller that has been around for a while and will continue to be around for a long time thanks to them for all their help.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Honest and forthcoming advice from Jeff at Keller Auto Dealers. Although I couldn’t purchase a vehicle from him due to my own lack of funds , I would highly recommend him for his personal integrity. Hopefully when my situation improves I can go back and buy an auto.

I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!
