No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

It now has a towing package 1,500 lbs.
It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

From the info I was given to enjoy all the features from service dept under Josh to now my sweet baby car!, Once Josh figured them out due to a bug in the car somewhere, That was a small electrical thing that seemed to that no one knew what they were. Josh and his group found the bug. No other dealership did that much work. Now I am relaxed in my car. However I was rear ended after that. My first call was to Josh. They even helped us schedule getting a car while my car was repaired. To wrap this up, I am very detailed and take good care of my cars. After they did the repair on my car I went over it with every inch to make sure it was perfect. They even gave me tips to get my finish glossy and beautiful. I am older and have dealed in my cars, homes and other things to be satisfied. I am not satisfied, I am thrilled. Thanks ya"ll.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.
