After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

My first visit to your sales was not all that pleasant. My non-sales lady was it was very good. I saw about a week later at the vehicle still for sale and I called her again. She called me back with the offer that was better than I expected and I purchased a vehicle. Trouble is the sunroof late because found out the motor was burned out. But they had already agreed to report to fix the roof. Right now I?m waiting to get my vehicle back but they gave me a loaner in the meantime. I am trying to do to deal with his dealership a couple times in the past 30 years it was not pleasant. This time everything on the second visit was extremely nice including your finance man. I hope to continue doing business with them for a long time.

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Timely response to bottom line, out the door price pricing on a vehicle we were shopping. While they responded as requested, the pricing at another dealer was quite a bit better and got the sale.

After researching every suv... And some hatchbacks, I decided that the CR-V Hybrid Sport L was the top of the class. Drove it... Bought it... Love it. Took it on a 12 hour road trip with 104 miles on it...not a worry or problem... Averaged almost 40mpg, too!

A bit pricey and mpg declines much faster than expected. Takes awhile to get it back closer to advertised. Other than that,I have been happy with this vehicle.

I purchased a used 2018 Mazda3 Grand Touring. I took an extended test drive before deciding to purchase vehicle. Amazingly there was no pressure to buy. After purchase, some items were corrected quickly at a convenient (for me) time. Atmosphere, sales, and service facilities are clean and very pleasant to wait in while business ia addressed. Definitely an excellent shopping experience!

Comfortable ride, great performance for a vehicle of this size and plenty of space inside. The 9 speed transmission does a good job but can get finicky at times when deciding which gear to be in.

Dupree was very professional and took a lot of time explaining the features of the car. He went the extra mile to get the car I wanted since the one I wanted wasn’t on the lot. He was aware that I needed my car ASAP because mine was totaled so he worked hard to make sure I got a car quickly. A big thank you to Dupree!

I love my CRV Hybrid. It is roomy, comfortable, dependable and safe. My grandchildren are messy and it is so easy clean. We are all very happy with my little singing Hybrid.

I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

Simply the best. Getting it from Hondaa of Lincoln is pea e of mind. Rhe very good thing is that a got a ASSUTANXE contract for 8 years. The car will be repaired o ly by the Honda certified mechanics, as well as for oil change. This car is the best for all seasons, t drives nicelly in winter and it has more safety options.

Likes: Reliability, short turning radius, front and rear seating is comfortable and spacious. Ride is fine for us. Adaptable cruise is GREAT, except with snow or even rain (sometimes) it is disabled. Dislikes: Road noise pretty noticeable on many roads...I suspect tires. Speaking of (Hankook) tires, vehicle has 25k on it and tires are pretty worn already. Tires are rated for 70k when I shop...good luck on that. Center console not designed well imo. Floor mats started pulling snaps up almost immediately (driver's side). And one other thing (my fault)...I assumed car this well equipped (and pricy) would have backup sensors. IT DOES NOT. You'll have to go to Touring for that. Guess I should have checked. Would buy again, but might bite the bullet and get a Touring.

Very well designed and made. Could use a little more horsepower and less of the techo gauges in the instrument. Some gauges are repetitive and a few are unnecessary and some are useless. Big downer is that on 2026 forward satellite radio is unavailable. I do not like the potential hassle of using my smartphone. Might buy again.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

My civic HRV is a small comfortable car that is reliable and is great on gas! I have had no problems snd bought this car in 2020. I love the rear camera and all the safety features.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Purchased a 2025 Honda pilot EXL it is so smooth. The 10 speed automatic works flawlessly if you’re in the market for a midsize SUV I highly recommend you take a look at the pilot.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

Chad and Sheri were great! Firestone in Newport, KY are dishonest. It was suggested that I go to Performance Honda by my close friend. Performance Honda fixed what Firestone tried to mess up. I will NEVER go back to Firestone in Newport, Kentucky.P H will be my go to from now on. Word of mouth, they are worth the drive. Performance Honda in Fairfield, Ohio. I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable; however, the wait times to be seen by financing and then to wait on car to be completed in delivery bay was excessive.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.
