My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

The level of care and service surpasses any and all previous experiences I've had with other car dealerships. They really listen to your needs and wants and provide the best deal possible. I'm in a new 2023 Honda civic and couldn't be happier! Also having my first oil change in this vehicle at the dealership was a lovely experience as well! OVERVIEW: Found this used 2019 Pilot Touring with AWD, and 8 Passenger seating. It was in great condition. Exterior and interior colors were exactly what we wanted. Purchased it with aobut 74,500 miles on it, newish tires, roof rack rails (great for mounting a backback). Clean carfax. Overall, I'm super glad we got it. We hope we get 200k miles or more out of this Pilot just like we got on the old one The drivetrain is smooth and provides enough power to move us when all 8 seats are used. Lots of comfort and tech features came with this one. DRIVING: Very smooth transmission shifts. No gear hunting issues with the transmission like those reported on the earlier models, especially on the 2016. Feels more luxurious than sport which for us and the family, it's great. Plenty of power for a family hauler. You can use the paddle shifters in Sport mode. 4 AWD drive modes - Normal, Snow, Mud, and Sand. COMFORT: It's super quiet inside compared to the 2011 model. Not as much road or wind noise like our old Pilot. The steering and suspension handles the road nicely, especially on our crappy California pothole-filled roadways. Lots of room. Nice leather seating with ample leg room. Feels a little bigger than our 2011 Pilot. Kids confirmed it feels a little bigger. Front and middle row heated seats are great! Adjustable armrests for front driver and passenger give good support. Plenty of leg room in 2nd row. Small adults and large kids in the 3rd row will be fine. Feels roomier than the 2011. Lots of cup holders. Seats are easy to move and adjust. Single push buttons to move the middle seats forward to get in and out of the 3rd row seats! Easy to flatten them as well to give you room to haul stuff. Rear door sunshades are included in this trim as well. Sunroof with tilt comes with this model, too. Entertainment and Technology: The entertainment system is really nice. 8in touch screen with Apple CarPlay (Android Auto as well) is excellent. Love how GPS displays on the screen while having the ability to have other apps open on the phone. 10 Speakers sound great. The multiple information dashboard can be customized. Looks sleek. The screen is big, bright, colorful and I set mine to show the tripometer information - miles driven, MPG, and range. You have other options - Nav, AWD torque distribution, entertainment info, etc. Outside temp, ECON mode, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keep Assist System, safety systems, and other indicators are on-screen. Rear entertainment system has yet to be tested but it can play Blu-Ray discs and has an HDMI port and AC plug for another input source. Comes with 2 wireless headsets and a remote control as well. So far, we found 4 USB charging ports. There are lighter ports available as well in case you need more power. Can't wait to figure out CabinTalk when we go on a road trip. You can communicate both ways with the rear passengers using the internal mics, speakers, and Rear entertainment headsets. The motorized rear tailgate with hands-free kick motion open and close is nice to have as well. Keyless entry system with auto-unlock and walkaway auto-locking features are included as well. Remote start is also included with the Touring trim. Safety: Bright LED headlights and well-designed daytime running lights. Auto high-beam LED headlights were a nice surprise.The Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane-Keep Assist are freakily awesome. Keep your hands on the wheel though because it's not perfect. The camera and sensors can get confused. But they're good to have for safety and driving assist, especially on long rides on open highways. Blindspot monitoring, rear cross-traffic sensing, and parking sensors are included and help in those situations. I always disable the collision mitigation feature due to potential problems with the system potentially braking at wrong and dangerous times.

We just purchased a 2023 Honda Odyssey Sport with around 9700 miles from Honda Certified of Clark Knapp Honda. Salesman John Garcia and his manager Bennie were very friendly and cooperative to anything I asked about. Originally the sales offer had a few extras added on, and I just said I wasn't interested. They said no problem and removed them, and gave me a better deal on my trade in than what was offered on the online searches. I also dealt with Christian Tostado in their finance department. Christian offered their extended warranty and in house financing, but I let him know that I already had financing through my credit union at a very good rate and the credit union also had really good price on warranties. The sale went very smoothly. My experience John, Bennie, and Christian was excellent and I recommend them and Clark Knapp Honda if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

Salesman, Johnathon, did a good job. He did not put pressure and answered all my question correctly. After the car was washed there was a lot of places that needed cleaning.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Showed up to purchase cr-v hybrid after working out the (out the door price) only to show up at dealer to a hail damaged cr-v after hour and half round trip, stood around the dealership waiting on salesman that was helping two other separate customers (15 min) or so which gave me time to check out the damaged cr-v.I bought from Bommarito before and was very happy. this ordeal was very sketchy.

After researching every suv... And some hatchbacks, I decided that the CR-V Hybrid Sport L was the top of the class. Drove it... Bought it... Love it. Took it on a 12 hour road trip with 104 miles on it...not a worry or problem... Averaged almost 40mpg, too!

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

Purchased a 2024 White CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid in September 2023. 8 months in to driving it and 10k miles later, I can say with confidence this is the best car I have ever owned. This is the first hybrid I have ever driven, and it drives/glides ever so smooth compared to the gas cars of my past. The finish and tech of the Touring really feels luxurious and makes going on long drives something to look forward to. I average anywhere between 32 and 38 mpg per tank of gas, depending on how much I am on the highway. My lone criticism of this vehicle is how much it struggles to go uphill, so much so that I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone who lives in the mountains. I live somewhere relatively flat so this is not much of an issue.

I have the TrailSport and I tow a 3000lb camper. Positives: 1. Ruggedness. I have off road tires and steel plate. I don’t plan to rock climb but camping and exploring often comes with bad roads and if your family is with you, this three row is superbly equipped and capable. 2. Comfort. The Trailsport is tuned off road but what a nice cushy ride without a lot of truck-like bounce. Potholes barely disturb it. 3. Layout. Really easy to jump in and drive away. I did not need a two-hour class at the dealership. A good blend of old and new. Not to hard to get into the menu to reset seats and few other things. 4. Towing. I towed 3000lb at 75mph with no problem. It was steady, tracked well and with the trailer brake (added on) it stopped just fine and gas mileage was great at about 13-14mpg loaded up. I was as high as 11,000 feet. It’s really a great all purpose family vehicle to tow the camper or boats. Negatives: 1. Solid black vinyl interior. You only get black and it gets hot as xxxx if it’s in the sun with a window down or door open. You cannot get ventilated seats. Honda, seriously, add another lighter color. 2. You cannot get a bench middle seat which I prefer and is in ALL the other Pilots. 3. Speed. The power is good but it’s geared for off road and towing so really it’s a neutral but it will not take off like lots of others unless you press the pedal pretty hard. It’s not lacking, just takes more pedal travel. Overall, I love it as a good value for the money, well equipped with the 360 cameras I love and tows and does dirt roads well. I would NOT get this model for soccer team suburban duty but if you do real SUV things then it’s hard to beat. I am also not afraid of future expensive repairs being a Honda with a tried and true engine.
