Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Marissa was an excellent sales rep to work with! She was thoughtful and worked hard to get me everything I wanted in the new car, and assisted flawlessly with the trade. There was an issue with car after I left and she quickly addressed the issue for us.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

I like going for service there because u develop a relationship with your advisor and it's smooth sailing.

I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. I will be sending all of my family and friends to Honda for their next auto purchase because Christopher Robinson knows how to take customer service to the next level while making you feel like you have a dear and trustworthy friend for life.

Didn't know much about this car until i got it. Car is good, economical , looks good. Didn't see much of them on the roads a year ago, but there are many of them now. This shows its gaining popularity.

On Friday, January 6th my Outback was serviced. The service advisor was Kyle Jordan. Kyle provided an excellent assessment of the service needed, communicated those needs clearly, as well as accurate timelines for service completion. Kyle was able to provide a loaner vehicle for my use which enabled me to carry out my day's activities. Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

I had to bring my car into express service yesterday for an issue with a tire. The visit went very smoothly and quickly. Bill in Express Service was excellent.

What a great car! I was originally going to get a CR-V but realized I did not really need that much room so I decided to drop down to an HR-V but then get the highest trim level with all the bells and whistles. So now I have all the great comfort and sensors and top infotainment and still paying less than the CR-V. The drive is very smooth and easy to handle. The only "issue" is that it does not accelerate from a stop very quickly but then again I did not buy this to have a race car. And I just need to get used to this being a bigger car than my previous Fit so the gas mileage is not that great. Anyway, If you are looking for the small end of an SUV, this is definitely a car you should focus on.

A family member encouraged me to consider a Honda CR V, when I was looking to replace my American made SUV. Online I found a 2010, with one owner, a clean Carfax, 27 maintenance records for $13K at JL Freed Honda. It seems too good to be true. Exactly what I was hoping for really existed. Then my experience got even better. My salesman was Geoff Smith. His “how can I help you” style was a pleasure. I especially appreciated how he did not “let me get my manager” me. And didn’t waste my time lowballing me on my trade-in, unlike another dealership I was at in Quakertown. To top it all off..,Chris, in the detailing department, did an amazing job. The car sparkles! Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.

Comfortable ride, great performance for a vehicle of this size and plenty of space inside. The 9 speed transmission does a good job but can get finicky at times when deciding which gear to be in.

We did service our car today. Mr. Sam take care and it was fabulous job no long wait time. He is very professional ! Certainly will recommend to our friends and family! We love Sam.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Zack Myers is more of guide than a salesperson, although he did close the sale with us. From our first phone conversations to our in person meeting on the day, we ultimately purchased the vehicle. After 3-weeks of driving my 2026 Passport Trailsport, I have thoughts: Love the box exterior and beefy tires. Wife and I appreciate the splash of cloth on the doors, seats, and below the dash----keeps things interesting! Love the panoramic sunroof. Compared to my Jeep Gladiator, the smooth ride is amazing, as is the quiet cabin. Stock 9 speaker sound system is pretty decent, but will upgrade soon as I like to rock. Wish it had the Sirius app (but carplay works great). The V-6 has nice power and even a bit of growl. So far, really enjoying the redesigned Passport.

We’ve had great service and our salesman Dino Campbell was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

it's still brand new for me but I did extensive research online, so I knew what I was getting when I went to the dealer. I know after only 350 miles, Ima love it. More later!

I purchased the Black Edition and I love it. I like: the auto adjust front seats, heated seats and steering wheel, the quite ride, smooth ride, the 9 speed transmission, the sound it makes when I push on the acceleration, great excelleration (especially when the Echo mode is off). The only thing that would make it perfect is better gas mileage.

We have been buying our cars from them for years. We recently need to have a car service and required a rental while ours was being worked on. We received the best service. Car was under warranty , they provided the free rental and kept us in the loop of what was going on. They really do treat you as family and care about their customers. My civic HRV is a small comfortable car that is reliable and is great on gas! I have had no problems snd bought this car in 2020. I love the rear camera and all the safety features.

So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

My salesman, Anthony P. was very dedicated trying to get me the best price for a 2025 Forester. He knew my concerns and limitations. The process took a few days, but eventually was deal was done. He was very knowledgeable and I would request him when buying again ffrom Ciocca.

Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.
