I dropped my car off with a dead battery. I had no appointment. The service rep was very nice, I received an estimate by phone, then picked my car up the same afternoon. It is running just fine now. I bought my hybrid Accord at Germaine Honda and have enjoyed great service support.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

White Allen Honda in Dayton was great. All of the people are easy to work with, friendly and accommodating - especially our dealer Cat McMillian. The paper work and financing was the quickest and easiest of any car dealership I have had over the years - a quarter of the time it has taken at other dealerships. Great job!

Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Cars are clean and prices are fair. Purchased a nice 2011 Ranger at better than market price. No issues. I would buy another vehicle from Frontier if and when I needed it.

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

Key Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat was one of our best experiences. The staff were so polite and friendly. Not like other dealerships, they did not pressure us while we were looking for a vehicle. They were very laid back and easy to talk to. Have bought vehicles in the past from Key Chrysler and each experience has been great. Can’t say enough about this dealership. Over all experience was great. They were upfront and honest. We’ve had no issues with the car. Carfax came the car. Price was fair.Title given when he said it would be ready. Received a follow up text to see how the car was doing and if we were satisfied. Definitely would recommend.

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

The van meets our needs. It looks and feels good when driving. Only issue are with some brakes that need repaired. We like the color (blue exterior/gray interior).

This vehicle was a big investment for me and i was heartbroken to find these hidden problems. John and Air City Motors helped me with the repairs and got me back on the road. This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

I had a new salesperson he needed to be more knowledgeable. He also forgot to put the temporary tag on it when I left the dealership. The manager had to drive it to my house.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended
