Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

Once I got in touch with the salesperson, & more explicitly communicated my situation, things got better. They've had no prior experience w/ email checks from out of state Credit Unions. They're still getting their head around it & learning about it. Hopefully they'll resolve it by next week.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

This is my 3rd RAV4 Hybrid XLE It's a well made vehicle. Reliable. Comfortable. Efficient. Quiet It has all the comfort features I consider necessary.

I would have given them an overall 5 if all had worked out. I am impressed with the service. They helped me move two car-seats into a van so I could test drive it. I just figured I would need to come back to test drive without two kids, but they made it easy. What I am most happy about with them is they were honest with my husband and I. We were very excited about a van but one light was on. We weren't sure if this was a big deal or not. They checked it out and something needed replaced that on record they showed was replaced just two years ago. So it was a dud for some reason. We were very disappointed that we didn't have a van, but very pleased with the ethics of the company. They did not sell the van at all. It was auctioned off. I appreciate that they didn't just sell us the van and then we would have had problems in a relatively short amount of time. At least that would have been likely. Anyway, John was a great salesman and everyone was so nice to us. And it wasn't the stereotype jerks trying to screw you over at a used car lot. Refreshing for sure!

Fantastic except for blizzard pearl paint recall. Great balance between performance, quality, and high mileage with almost nothing to maintain. Oil, tires, and belts and wipers are about it.

Love the Infotainment system. Easy to navigate. Great looking car. Rides nice and is quiet. The limited trim has what you need and more. I am happy with the hybrid model. Highly recommend.

I had been to several dealers regarding my trade-in with disappointing results. When I visited with Kori she provided quick and helpful info and promptly evaluated my truck trade-in. Awesome gas mileage! Can get 41mpg easily. I chose this over a rav4. I just didn't want to have the same SUV as every other one on the Rd. I love the looks of this vehicle. Interior is way nicer than any rav4 you can buy. I will say that one negative was that I had to replace the front brakes at 10k miles. And it is not my driving! I owned a Honda Accord hybrid previously and the brakes had over 100k on them when I traded it in. I drive this the same way I drove that car and on the same commute. I did hear there was a tsb for the brakes. Rather than make an appt, destroy my rotors waiting to get in, and listen to that awful squealing for another 2 weeks. I just changed the brakes myself. The parts were very inexpensive. The only other annoying thing was that I couldn't get heated steering wheel the top of the line model hybrid... seriously mazda?

He listened to us. The first vehicle he showed us is the vehicle we drove home in. Justin was very personable, professional and honest with no pressure felt. He walked us through the buying steps and it went as he had explained. Justin made every step with us. We consider Justin "our new friend". You could not ask to be treated any better than we were. The next time we are ready for another vehicle we will contact Justin. My husband and I would highly recommend Justin!!! Great young man and dealership.

PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

The only problem in this truck is no power seat and heater control only does one side . Real view mirror is to small . Other than that great truck !!

What sold me on this car: not all screen, some buttons Kick open trunk Good mpg Reliability of Toyotas Overhead 360 camera Past success with Toyota Spare tire in hidden compartment in trunk Negatives I have found out since buying it: For shorter people, hard to keep heel on floor unless seat is all the way up Uncomfortable drivers seat. I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.
