I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

I have had good experience in the past but I was a bit disappointed that a routine service and oil change took nearly 4 hours. My husband and I both tried calling the department 3-4 times to check the status of my car without answer. I was then told my vehicle was ready for pickup and when I got to the service department the door was locked and there were no staff members there. I had to go to the sales department to ask for help. The sales staff were very kind, courteous, and apologetic that they were not familiar with the process but tried the best to help me. They struggled to find my paperwork and keys and had to call the person who had checked my car in who had clearly left for the day. Overall I was a but surprised as all previous interactions with the service department have been great. I didn’t expect to leave my car overnight so I’m not quite sure why all the staff went home after telling me it was all set for pickup. I hope this is a one-off and doesn’t continue to happen in the future.

Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

I worked with Frank McKanobb when I stopped by to look at the GV80 a week or so ago. It was the day after the last big snow we had and he was in a great mood the whole time. Didn't seem bothered or annoyed that he had to scrape ice off a car for me for 15 minutes before I could drive it. I apologized a few times, but he seemed genuinely glad to help me. I would recommend Frank to anyone who is looking at a Genesis or Hyundai in Nashua area. Your professionalism throughout the process was appreciated.

The only concern I have is that they removed the buttons that activate garage doors claiming that the latter may be done by using the iPhones apps. Replacing one button push with multiple app activation and pushing multiple buttons is the WRONG WAY to go. I did not notice that when I traded-in the previous Honda Hybrid. I will check int he future, because this will be a a BUY-NOBUY ISSUE in future. This car is my wife's car. When I replace mine Honda, this will be my first consideration.

After a not so great experience (from another dealership), I made sure I did my homework and knew exactly what I wanted...After talking to Rob H a few times to check out the inventory and ask questions, he was very professional and never made me feel pressured into buying a car. He answered all my questions and gave me a few options and told me to call when I was ready. When stopping in one night to finally make my decision, from the moment the car was brought out for my test drive, to the time I drove it off the lot, it was THE MOST BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIANCE EVER... Purchased "preferred" version almost 4 months ago. Nearly 4,000 miles. It is primar=illy my run around vehicle. With the Toyota hybrid system I am averaging 44 MPG. Priced approximately $4,000 less than comparable Toyota RAV4. I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle. I find it comfortable, reliable, true to Mazda driving experience.

Reliable, Comfortable, and Great Gas Milage. When driving the 2023 accord you'll never see a lack of comfort. The ride is smooth, quite and clean with its drive train.

I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.

I found Kelly Honda to be a very reputable dealer. I contacted them about two certified Honda vehicles I was interested to test drive a few days in advance. When I arrived I was introduced to the salesman who was polite, patient, and easy to deal with. I chose to drive from RI to Lynn, MA because Kelly Honda's pricing was extremely competitive and found the experience from start to finish relatively stress free.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

Best buying experience I have had. From initial contact to set up an appointment to driving off the lot with a new Ridgeline just 3 hours later everyone was helpful, friendly and focused on our needs. Our salesman Richard was patient and covered even the small details well (like helping removing stickers from our old vehicle!).

This review was written after slightly less than 1600 miles. The transition between battery and gas power is smooth and all but undetectable, and I love seeing the mpg rise so nicely. I keep it in econ and normal mode (not sport) and the acceleration is fantastic (although my cherished mpg does suffer a touch). The LED headlights are focus to keep incoming drivers from being blinded. The automatic switch between high and low beams has been spot on. The only negative part of my experience would be the driver's seat. It isn't as comfortable as the Accord deserves. It's nice, but I think it could be better. I'm happy with this purchase!

I had to wait 3 hrs for them to replace battery. I thought that was unnecessarily a long time. But they were very informative. I am pleased with the service.

I just recently had the pleasure for the third time turning in a Lease and getting a new one.. my sales Associate Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my new HRV. I personally feel that Michael went above and beyond for what is expected in the process for the day I picked up my car. When it’s time for me to get another car. I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

I had a lingering issue with my key ignition and the service representative was able to make an appointment for later in the day, communicated the problem and solutions to me clearly. Not only did the problem get solved, I was extremely satisfied with the overall service.
