we travled from oak harbor ohio to south hills lincoln because from what research i did online, a lincoln was THE car to buy if u really wanted to treat yourself. i couldnt believe all the air bags it has and all the bells and whistles of luxury. Sam Belman bent over backwards to help me and i really appreciate his help and knowledge only being there a few months. any questions i had he quickly called me back to answer. he is awsome and i will tell all my friends where i got my beautiful suv. way to go sam !!!!

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Every time I take my vehicle to #1 Cochran to get it serviced I am amazed at the professionalism and the genuine Customer Care. Every service is explained and the wait time is minimal. I purchased my vehicle at the West Liberty Ave location and each time upon exiting the facility my vehicle is washed. Kudos to # 1 Cochran

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

This had to be one of the easiest buying experiences, outside of carvana, that I ever had. Everyone was friendly and attentive. No extra push or pressure for extras and were decently fair in regards to trade in. In and out within two hours. Definitely would by from them again.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. I have a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 199k miles. Mostly highway trips but still running and driving like a new car. Always serviced by dealer. Screen freeze was a small problem but not a serious one. Hybrid still strong and mpg about 43 per gallon average. I love the features and ride on this car. I have most of the options and they are great. Bought it below wholesale and enjoying it every day

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

Tires, inspection and oil change. Service representative was able to get me a bigger discount than my coupons from talking to the manager. Their invoice is a bit hard to understand.

I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

I bought my first Toyota RAV4 Hybrid in September 2022. It is a 2020 and rides like a 2022. I was soooo happy with the in-person service received from the sale with Jeff Krivickas, through the financing with Sam Piccolo and Justin Flook. I have already shared with many of my friends the positive experience that I had. The last three vehicles I owned have been Nissan's but now I am happy to be part of the Toyota family. I would recommend Brewer Airport Toyota to anyone looking for a new car and great purchasing experience. I purchased a new 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid Touring trim, and so far - with one minor annoyance - I love this car. The ride is very composed, much quieter than previous Foresters, and the top trim has all the bells and whistles. The smooth adaptive cruise control, coupled with automatic lane centering, makes for an exceptionally stress free driving experience. The switch between hybrid (EV) mode and the gas engine is seamless and imperceptible. I know that some have criticized the Forester for being “underpowered”, but the extra horsepower provided by the hybrid system, and the tweaks Subaru made to the low end torque provides all the power you need for everyday driving. The interior is super roomy, the seats are comfortable with lots of adjustments, and the facial recognition feature on the Touring trim - which recognizes saved drivers - magically adjusts the mirrors and the seat to preset positions for each saved driver. The only annoyance is that on the top Touring trim you get a smart rear view mirror which allows you to switch from the conventional mirror to the camera view. This comes super in handy when you have the car packed to the brim and you can’t see out using the conventional mirror. However, this super duper camera rear view mirror doesn’t have the garage door opener buttons. The fact that the top line Forester lacks such a basic amenity as programmable garage door buttons is baffling. Now, I fully recognize this is most definitely a “first world problem” and I can certainly live with my garage door remote clipped to the sun visor, but this seems to be a glaring oversight for a top end trim. That said, I would absolutely buy this car and this trim again. Highly recommended!

KY was a very pleasant salesman. Very polite and answered all my questions. Very happy with his service. It just took way too long for finance to get us out of there. Waited 3 hours. Wasn't even financing. Paid cash.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

The service manager, Sean was very professional & personable explaining the concerns regarding the repairs to my vehicle along with an additional service he recommended that should be taken care of. All completed in a timely manner. I appreciate the courtesy provided me by the entire staff and management at Ohio Valley Honda.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.

We just purchased our 4th vehicle from them and they are super to work with. They answer all of our questions (we're old....we have a lot of questions!). My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!
