Recently I signed to purchase my 2020 Venue after leasing it for three years. The car has been exactly suited for me. I’ve had a few surgeries and the Venue is easy for me to get in and out of. The color is apple green. My church friends gifted me several Kermit the frogs since the color matches perfectly! My grade school kids love to see my Kermit’s on the dashboard when they come out for recess. Eric Vande Slunt has been the key person from the first signing of the lease to the recent buy out. The entire team of associates have been so helpful with getting my oil changes or any other appointments scheduled. The Van Horn team is gracious always quick to offer water, coffee or soda. The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

I have had several hybrid SUVs, Lexus and Mercedes, and this is at the top of the list for me. The hybrid drive is seamless, smooth, and responsive at all speeds. This is the largest hybrid SUV I have owned and yet, it is the most fuel efficient. Amazing mileage around town (50+ mpg) and highway cruising with the little 4-cylinder is very efficient. At highway speeds the transmission keeps the small internal combustion engine from working too hard but when power is needed for passing the combination of torque from the electric power plant along with the turbocharger provides instant responsiveness. Inside, the SUV is roomy and luxurious. The finishes benefit from the Italian roots of the owners to provide a beautiful harmony of design with soft supple leather and rich hardwood trim. The electronics work extremely well from the MacIntosh sound system to the driver assist and lane-keeping features that virtually drive the vehicle for you. The seat air conditioning and built-in massagers make even long driving trips relaxing. Yes, there have been some recalls, expected in an early edition of a new model. The only negative has been in servicing the recalls. Jeep dealers are still basically just old Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge operations that are not prepared to handle high-end vehicles and the customers they attract. Too few technicians, and poor scheduling between the service writers and the shop. The service waiting areas are designed for truck drivers not owners of luxury automobiles. Stellantis may have upgraded the vehicles to a much higher level but their achilles heel is the dealer service network.

I didn't test drive the car, I could not complete my appointment after I learned the car had been repurchased. However, I would not hesitate to try again based on my follow up calls and the response I received.

Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

As my first new Toyota this Tundra is absolutely amazing! I have had many new cars but never a Toyota. This thing drives like a dream! Got lots of power to spare! The only thing I dislike about this truck is the turning radius sucks! All the other things about this truck is amazing so I will suck it up with the turning!

I love driving this vehicle. It had 2 engines . Front Gas powered and Rear Electric Powered. There is immediate power from stopped on starts without hesitation. Has 5 different modes from eco and Hybrid to All Wheel Drive and SPORT mode. Mileage is great at approx 27 to 29 MPG. Plug in recharge is both 110V and 220V so you can plug it in ANYWHERE. The ride as my wife states is like butter.....what ever that means It is SMOOTH and quiet. Has lots of power for pulling trailer / 22 ft Boat and for passing quickly. Love all the safety features from 360 cameras and automatic brakes and side warning alarms. It even steers itself so you stay in your lane and don't wander. Exceptional Car.

My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

Called for an appt. got in within two days for new tires and an oil change. While doing inspection mechanic found i needed new rear brakes. They had them in stock and was down with the other repairs. In and out in the same day.
