I bought this car because of the deal that Hyundai provided. I didn't test drive the car till after I purchased it. It is a very pleasant surprise, as it is better than I expected. I like the appearance and the comfort, plus it's great for grandkids with the third row. The gas mileage is very good as well. Highly recommend this vehicle.

Rated quality of repairs as 3 because the work appears to have been successful. the real test will be whether it lasts a year or more. Rated facilities a 4 because last day of work the elevator was not working to the upper lounge.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

2023 F150 Lariat. Just bought this used so these are my first impressions. So far very happy with the truck. Comfortable and handles nicely. V-6 seems very responsive. My issues at this point are related to my ability to setup this truck the way I want it. I am lucky that it came with the feature for automatic shutoff every time you stop for a red light already permanently removed. I would hate that feature if it had it. There is a lot of other features I would just as soon not have that I have had varying levels of success in turning off. Automatic lane keeping is one. While I was able to turn it off in the settings, it still interferes with setting cruise control. When I try to turn cruise control on it sets lane keeping anyway and I have to turn it off with another button press, while showing a stupid truck icon on the dash instead of my speed. I have to press an OK button to turn lane keeping off, then it will set the cruise control. All these button presses and having to look at the dash while doing this are very distracting and increases the time I'm not looking at the road, actually making the truck less safe. You really have to pick your time for setting cruise control. The automatic braking is another dangerous feature in my view. Thankfully I was able to turn that one off. The truck will beep 2 times if the engine is running and you get out, like to check your mailbox. It is irritating at best, not just for me, but for my neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night. There is no mute button on the steering wheel for the radio, that I can find at least. I had this feature on other trucks and found it very helpful. Reverse brake assist makes no sense to me at all. I turned it off, but it is another one that puts a warning message on the dash to tell me that. I find the warning messages for the features I have turned off distracting and useless. These are my first impressions, there will probably be more later.

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.

Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

I came to AutoNation Toyota Winter Park with zero intention of buying a Toyota ? and definitely not a new one. My wife and I originally came to look at a used vehicle, but it turned out that the car we were interested in wasn?t even on the lot ? it was located in another city. Since we were already there, we decided to stay and casually look at the new 2026 Toyota lineup, without any real expectations or plans. To be completely honest, Toyota was not on my list at all. My main concerns were price, build quality for the U.S. market, and the clear difference compared to what I?ve seen in Europe. On top of that, the financial aspect was a major factor for me, and the price-to-quality ratio honestly worried me. Everything changed when I saw a 2026 Toyota Corolla on the lot. I looked at the MSRP, then noticed a number of additional fees that were unclear to me. I wanted to understand the real out-the-door (OTD) price, so I asked for help from the sales consultants. Unfortunately, the first three consultants were either unwilling or very unmotivated to explain the details ? probably because my questions weren?t the most comfortable ones. At that point, I was frustrated and ready to leave, fully deciding that I wouldn?t come back. And then the turning point happened. Right as I was about to exit the dealership, I finally met people who approached me with a completely different mindset ? calm, respectful, and customer-oriented. It didn?t work out with the first person, but with the second one we finally started to move toward the first real step of a deal. I received the information I was looking for, and at the negotiation table I was honestly surprised by the fact that the dealer was thinking not only about their own profit, but about making the deal fair and reasonable for both sides. Considering my previous negative experiences with other dealerships, this stood out a lot. We decided to take one day to think about whether the car was worth the money. The key factor that ultimately influenced our decision was the way the entire team worked during that time ? they did everything right to make sure I wanted to return, without pressure or manipulation. The next day I came back, and we finalized the deal. I would also like to mention one important point regarding financing. I know my credit score and credit history very well, and I believe that customers should always receive maximum transparency about the real APR they are getting from the bank. Transparency builds trust, and trust is critical in deals like this. In the end, the deal was completed successfully, but this is an area that can always be improved. That said, I purchased the car from this dealership, and I am genuinely grateful to the AutoNation Toyota Winter Park team. They did serious work to keep me as a completely cold customer. I have over 15 years of experience in sales myself, and I truly understand how much skill, patience, and the right approach it takes to close a deal like this. Special thanks , as well as the gentleman from the finance department who finalized the paperwork with us ? thank you for your patience and for clearly explaining important details. I also really appreciated a small but telling detail: while we were at the dealership, the team offered sandwiches and drinks. I just bought my 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid Limited about three weeks ago and it is my 6th Subaru purchase since 1998. I hope that speaks volumes in one sentence.There was nothing wrong with my 5th Subaru, a 2018 Crosstrek Premium, so, I gave it to my husband who had been driving a 2009 Honda Accord. When he made the suggestion that he was ready to let go of his Honda and move into the world of cars with technology, he felt my Crosstrek would be a good bridge, plus he knew the prior owner and how well she took care of the car. :-) So, what is wonderful about the 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid is my transition to the upgraded technology - it has been seamless as far as learning the new features on the digital pad with an almost 12 inch screen! The interior is larger with excellent visibility and the expanded cargo space for my travelling needs. Learning about Hybrid technology and the eco-friendly use of the electric battery and and gas engine has been a very positive with a comfortable learning curve. Just starting the car is a humming experience. The Limited trim features of the Forester Hybrid includes an elevated standard with all leather interior, heated seats in front, personal AC/heating controls for each seating area in front and back. The eyesight technology has improved in the 8 years I have been driving my 2018 Crosstrek ;and I still enjoy all the lights that indicate my lateral blind spots, the larger screen to see my rear view camera when backing up, keyless entry and ignition (push button starter) all easy to use and manage. Finally, what helped me the most in making my decision to purchase besides giving my Crosstrek in excellent condition to my husband, was a change in dealerships by moving to one much closer to our home. My sales consultant was outstanding in his knowledge in sharing the various Forester models as well as his manner of conveying his expertise in a very friendly and joyful manner. In this case the reliability of the Subaru brand and the human factor highlighting all its best qualities led me to a wonderful purchasing experience on Nov. 25, 2025..
