My only complaint, which has no impact on either salesperson, is the internet prices do not match the actual price of the vehicle without any obvious disclosure about the price listed on the website. I have had several hybrid SUVs, Lexus and Mercedes, and this is at the top of the list for me. The hybrid drive is seamless, smooth, and responsive at all speeds. This is the largest hybrid SUV I have owned and yet, it is the most fuel efficient. Amazing mileage around town (50+ mpg) and highway cruising with the little 4-cylinder is very efficient. At highway speeds the transmission keeps the small internal combustion engine from working too hard but when power is needed for passing the combination of torque from the electric power plant along with the turbocharger provides instant responsiveness. Inside, the SUV is roomy and luxurious. The finishes benefit from the Italian roots of the owners to provide a beautiful harmony of design with soft supple leather and rich hardwood trim. The electronics work extremely well from the MacIntosh sound system to the driver assist and lane-keeping features that virtually drive the vehicle for you. The seat air conditioning and built-in massagers make even long driving trips relaxing. Yes, there have been some recalls, expected in an early edition of a new model. The only negative has been in servicing the recalls. Jeep dealers are still basically just old Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge operations that are not prepared to handle high-end vehicles and the customers they attract. Too few technicians, and poor scheduling between the service writers and the shop. The service waiting areas are designed for truck drivers not owners of luxury automobiles. Stellantis may have upgraded the vehicles to a much higher level but their achilles heel is the dealer service network.

Our recent car purchase was a fantastic experience, thanks to Vinny! He was professional, attentive, and truly listened to our needs. We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Bought in 2023 used with 30k miles, after driving it for six months it had become my favorite car, it’s smooth, I avg 27mpg in town driving, 33 highway. They don’t have tons of street lighting here and I hit a curb one evening and enjoyed discovering a spare tire I could switch myself until going to tire store next day.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

Have 14k miles on 2022 hybrid. Gets 50 mpg combined city and highway. Plenty of pep handles and corners well. Fantastic technology love the android auto. Plann on keeping this one, it has all need. Eric from Lombard IL

The features of sxp trim model is an exceptional value for the price. The interior space for a 6’3” person like myself is very comfortable, both leg and head space. Drive is very smooth for a compact SUV. Front windshield design provides great visibility. Seats are comfortable and provide excellent support. Good acceleration for its class. It’s not designed to be a sports car. The vehicle style and the Vesta Blue color is eye catching. I’ve only owned the vehicle for a week, money well spent if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Just pick the right dealership from which to buy. Do your due diligence and enjoy the ride.
