Ernie answered my initial call and was fast to get me help with Mike who had the vehicle I wanted ready in less the a half an hour after our call! Well it turns out Mike is from Canada and also really knows his restaurants and is a very personable guy who I'd suggest to ask for if you go in! My whole buying process was smooth with ernie, Mike and their finance guy (who is very senior in his position)

I had a 2024 same Suv, everthing is same except I dont think the cabin noise is better than 2024, its same or more , thats the only issue I have and it dosent bother me but they advertise that the 2025 will have less cabin noise

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

My overall experience was great. The salesman (Chano) was fantastic. Very helpful, honest and ethical. I was delighted to work with him. Usually I don't like the salesman, this was such a different experience and great! The Manager George was also vey helpful. I told him what I wanted and needed and he made it happen. Usually the Manager is the guy with bad news, but he wasn't. Cisco, the Finance Manager was also great. I will be going back to Mossy Volkswagen Escondido the next time I need a car. I will also refer my friends!

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

This dealership delivered a First in Class experience from start to finish. I found a car that was just obtained through a trade in, and the picture was not available yet. Based off the description and price, this vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. I submitted an inquiry online and received a call within a few hours. The sales manager followed up an hour later to ensure all my questions were answered. I went in for a test drive and signed a credit application. This occurred at 8:30 pm and we agreed to reconvene the next day to discuss financing. BMW of Carlsbad sent the financing terms I had requested on my initial visit. We set an appt time for me to return and finalize the paperwork. I arrived to find a detailed car, full tank of gas and was in and out in under 1 hour. This by far was the smoothest car buying experience out of the 10 plus, I have ever had. I would purchase again from BMW of Carlsbad without hesitation. It was an effortless transaction on my part. Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

I've owned a number of BMWs in the past, all with six speed manual transmissions. This time around I went looking for a clean, low mile 330i within a certain price range. I did some research and found five possible cars in the Southern Cal market. I first came to Carlsbad BMW because a friend of mine had enjoyed a good experience buying his X5. I made an appointment and feel like I lucked out with salesman Demetrio Trujillo. He knew his stuff and, once he realized I knew something of these cars too, showed me the car and offered me straightforward information without any hype or attitude. He knew the car because he had sold it the first time when it was new! At any rate I ended up buying the car and Demetrio made what could have been an enervating experience much easier.

I'm 88 years old and have owned many, many cars. My Toyota RAV4 is one of the very best of cars I have owned. It gets great mileage and has never given me any problems. It has some good accessary features and I use most of them.

Amazing SUV, very quick and comfortable, commanding seating position with great support very easy to drive. I had a 2021 M5 competition and was always scratching the front lower bumper don’t have that problem anymore, 23 inch wheels make the driving position high with less stress on a freeway able to see far ahead instead of a back of the car in front of me. this SUV is very quick and comfortable fully loaded with high tech features and very easy to drive and park, if you are looking for exclusive suv that very few people own this is it , X5 M competition looks like any other X5, the XM very similar performance with distinctive look and dealers offer deep discounts so price of X5M is the the same as XM In this price range gas consumption should not be a concern but with mentioned in the edrive mode I get 33 miles a gallon on the freeway and city without sacrificing the performance, sapphire black with black exterior is amazing and electric only drive mode is great for short trips I only gases up once a month for $43 as the SUV only used about 1/2 tank of gas.if you looking for a family SUV with M sports manners this is the best , you will love it I guarantee it!

I have had car since 2021 and have no problems since purchase. Purchased car with 12500 miles at the time. Right now I am working from home, so not as much mileage daily, but performance is still good.
