Worked with Earl Wood at Acura of Wichita. I had been drooling over my first used Mercedes. He was incredibly thoughtful and very helpful! The vehicle was in amazing shape, unbelievable clean. He had it reserved with a sign in the windshield. Had made sure the features that were important to my wife was visible. (Rear sun shade). Overall very impressed! Will buy another vehicle from Walser, and from Woody!

I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

Earl Wood helped us through buying our first car, and we are super happy with our new 2013 Infiniti JX35. The environment at Walser was very supportive and not that of some other dealerships That really push the sales. I really feel like they do such a good job that their cars really sell themselves because they are so good at maintenance and cleanliness while at the dealership!

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.

I bought this car because of the deal that Hyundai provided. I didn't test drive the car till after I purchased it. It is a very pleasant surprise, as it is better than I expected. I like the appearance and the comfort, plus it's great for grandkids with the third row. The gas mileage is very good as well. Highly recommend this vehicle.

We traded our 2014 Santa Fe, today, for a new 2020 Santa Fe. This is our 4th Santa Fe purchased from you. Our Sales Rep was Heidi Dao. She is so Personable, Thoughtful, and very Knowledgeable in presenting everything about the car, especially all of the Electronic Gizmo's on the car which takes us 71 year old's a bit more time to absorb. She is so patient and listens so well to understand and answer our questions. On a 1 to 10, she is a "10."

I love my new Prius. It is elegant in appearance, fun to drive, and easy to plug in and recharge. Since I began charging it I haven't used any gas. I love the safety features.

this is a well engineered vehicle with outstanding fuel economy . I just got 137 mpge on a short to the store and I was running on ev only.The car Goes 26 mile on ev only and then the hybrid takes over for 450 Miles.

My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.

A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.

Incredibly satisfied with the overall experience at MINI of Wichita. I worked with a very nice salesman (Mathew) who worked with me to find a car of my dreams. AND it was delivered to my house in Kansas City. Overall, so very happy!

The car has been great with one glaring exception. The 2023 Rav 4 navigation system and manuals explaining it are far from easily understood by some of us with advanced degrees and years of experience in writing and interpreting complicated financial documents. The 2023 Nav screen is as much a distraction as driving while using a mobile phone a highly discouraged practice., perhaps more dangerous. Our 2028 Rav 4's Nav system and manual were easily understood. intuitively structured and easily used during our drives and with a safe screen. Somehow the 2023 version escaped those virtuous characteristics and is one that has made me start to consider trading our 2023 in after 7 months.

Tyler went above and beyond knowing that I was 1700 miles away. Tyler sent me videos, photos and numerous text answering my barrage of questions. Tyler went above and beyond in my books, whether it is customary for a high end dealer to provide this type of customer service. In addition, Alex and Zaza also provided great customer service while Tyler was off. Even during the transport of my Porsche, Tyler was prompt to make sure that I was still taken care of even after the purchase. Today is the day I receive my 2018 911 C4S and I couldn’t be more excited and happy that Walser Porsche of Wichita was there for me every step of the way. Great experience at CarMax Wichita! We worked with Sales Consultant Vernon Nelson and he was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We felt zero pressure from him, which was a stark contrast to another dealership we were working with who pressured us hard and had an attitude when we didn't buy on the spot. Vernon just wanted us to have the best car for us, regardless of whether or not that was from CarMax. They offered us a fair price on both the trade-in and the vehicle purchase itself as well, so no we'd have no hesitations recommending them to others.

I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

2023 Highlander Hybrid greatly improved over the 2009 model. Over 37+ miles per gallon , smoother quieter ride than our 2009 which we enjoyed until finding how improved the 2023 models are plus the safety features.

Car shopping is ALWAYS a daunting event. So we were pleasantly surprised with how friendly and easy going Lance was the entire time. This was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had! I know this wont be the last Lexus we will be have (this was our first) and I am positive that when that time comes to buy our next Lexus, it will be from Lexus of Wichita! Perfect for our family with better mileage Than our previous Lexus GX470, no mechanical issues after 75k, i would say up to my previous owned Lexus in term of reliability.
