Tyler went above and beyond knowing that I was 1700 miles away. Tyler sent me videos, photos and numerous text answering my barrage of questions. Tyler went above and beyond in my books, whether it is customary for a high end dealer to provide this type of customer service. In addition, Alex and Zaza also provided great customer service while Tyler was off. Even during the transport of my Porsche, Tyler was prompt to make sure that I was still taken care of even after the purchase. Today is the day I receive my 2018 911 C4S and I couldn’t be more excited and happy that Walser Porsche of Wichita was there for me every step of the way. He had it reserved with a sign in the windshield. Had made sure the features that were important to my wife was visible. (Rear sun shade). Overall very impressed! I purchased a special ordered Jeep Wrangler RubiconX with the 3.6 engine from our local Dealership! When I first drove this this vehicle I knew it may be rough riding, but after having this for for over 6 months it now is our main vehicle for getting around town. I get 17.1-18.3mpg. It's a 4dr and we enjoy it every day for shopping and other chores. We had it on the main highway and do between 65 and 70mph. It handles great and the ride is actually pretty good. Has great passing power as it has 4:56 gearing! We just recently took our vehicle to Keene Dodge/Jeep to have the tires rotated and were very impressed with the service and the entire staff as they treated us very special.

I have had the S edition for about a year now. I love this car. Got a good trade-in price for my 2016 Sorento EX. I regularly get between 40-45 mpg. Smooth ride. Comfortable drive. Nimble. Responsive. Highly recommend the car, in spite of Consumer Report trashing it. Oct issue criticized 28 mpg. I don't know what model they tested, but it wasn't mine.

I was VERY fortunate to get hooked-up Sales Rep. Jason Grady to purchase a 2015 AWD Ford Escape last Dec. High mileage (due to its life as a rental) was the only reason this was not Certified Pre-owned. 130K miles on this pup now and it works like new. I was in a hurry for an AWD SUV and Jason got me exactly what I needed. Highest recommendation for pre-owned dept. at this dealership. After my third oil-change my opinion of the Service Dept. is all good too.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.

We just purchased our 2nd car from Scholfield Honda East. Overall it's not your stereotypical car dealership. They are very professional with no game playing or pressure. Hamilton Richardson was great to work with! He was very patient as my wife and I looked at multiple vehicles, while trying to decide on which type we wanted. He was very knowledgeable with all of the car's features and happily answered questions we had through text, even on his day off. Very friendly and laid back, not to mention a great sense of style. We love all the techie features. It remembers my seating settings so I don’t have to mess with the seat every time I drive it. It’s good on gas & stereo system is awesome. Also has pretty good giddyup and go when you need it.

The car has really nice performance and drives very nicely but a few quirks. First the manuals are only available digitally and in many cases it’s a complex game to find what you are looking for. The search function is not forgiving. In other cases the information is weak and missing key elements. Some settings are sticky (rain sensor for the wipers), others are not ( auto high-beams), with no rationale. The controls on the left side of the steering wheel are a mystery and the customization on the dash board view is either: show the map or don’t show the map ( which disappears when you shift into reverse). The sound controls for the radio are lacking: no fader or balance controls. Lastly, if you want your garage door opener controls integrated into the car, be prepared to shell out another $995.

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

I have had the XLE with some upgrade options as a company fleet vehicle. I have driven it about 12,000 miles in six months from 36k to 48k miles, now. I use it as a work vehicle for sales calls and some personal use. Here’s my plusses and minuses. Plusses: 1. Acceleration is strong and quick. Great for merges and when you need to pass. Amazing for a car this big. 2. While I have not calculated mileage, it is amazing and definitely as good or better than the rating. 3. Space and layout is good. I generally use it with all the rear seats down, though. Only a little family use and it was okay. 4. Reliability. Not a single problem and I think the first rep abused the car and took poor care of it. Minuses: 1. Engine is loud when gas kicks in. Would be unacceptably loud in a luxury car. 2. Comfort is mediocre. Large flat hard seats. Might be better if you are bigger. 3. Tech. Small screen, annoying beeps, lane keep adjusts too hard and would not kick in on a cold snowy day. Maybe the sensor was frozen but should not have. Apple CarPlay is what you want to use. Adaptive cruise tends to keep pushing you back to increase distances. Some cars you can set it, not sure on this. It’s annoying when you’re trying to maintain distance in a fast lane and it’s pushing you back. Also, on curvy roads, almost any curve it auto-brakes gently. You have to turn it off on mountain roads or you’ll make everyone sick. Overall, it is a great car on performance and average or mediocre on everything else. I would recommend the car as a reliable family hauler or work car as I use it. I have a Hyundai Palisade Limited (gas) and if you didn’t want a hybrid I’d totally go Hyundai as it’s way nicer on comfort and Hyundai tech is far better. To be fair, my Palisade is a higher trim but I don’t think the Toyota is that much better on higher trims and tech won’t improve.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

My wife and I live in OKC. We shopped 3 different Lexus dealers for a new RC 350 and Grant Smith at Lexus of Wichita was easily the most responsive. He was pleasant, professional and we felt no pressure in dealing with him. He found what we wanted (the car we wanted was intended for another dealer and he and the staff negotiated to trade allocations.) We traveled from OKC when our car arrived. We spent about an hour and a half visiting while he completed the paperwork. Very relaxed and even the "additional options/warranties" offer took only 10 minutes with no pressure. I'm 56 and this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.
