We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. Came in for my bi annual detail, new tires and a concern on my presense. Cheyenne was my service advisor. The loaner was already waiting for me when I pulled into the drive. They located the concern and immediately had it fixed. Tires were ordered quickly. Cheyenne was very knowledgeable about the issue I was experiencing as well as making sure I got the right tires for my car. When I pulled into pick my car up, it was already waiting. It looked brand new again! I’ve been working with her since she started and she’s a true delight to work with. Quick on communication and making sure everything is taken care of. I never have to worry when I come here and work with Cheyenne. I know I’m in great hands with her.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Janice Carson made buying a car a pleasure. She hung in there for about 6 months without being annoying. All the staff were friendly and professional. Hot popcorn on site was an added benefit as both me and my husband love it.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

They should be more accurate about time frame, then I asked to wash my car and it was not done. Driving me home and picking me up was great.

The 2026 Palisades Calligraphy Hybrid is awesome, I loved my 2023 Palisades Calligraphy, but the Hybrid is far and away better from the increased horsepower, back to the 6 speed transmission and the outrageous MPG 600 plus to a tank, I drove the BMW X5 and X7, the MB, Porches, etc. could not find a $35,000 to $90,000 differences. For $60,000 and the 10/100,000 it cannot be beat.

Good all around experience. The personal service, courteous attitude, drop-off experience and thorough addressing of all my concerns was the best I've seen in quite awhile. The dealership/service department made me and my wife feel like we were their best friends. Also greatly appreciated a thorough explanation of how each item was addressed. There were 5 or 6 issues that needed attention.

The Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid is a very comfortable and economical SUV. It can accommodate seven passengers, so my whole family can travel in one car. It is also quiet and comfortable. I am very happy to have purchased it because it has the backing of Toyota that makes very good cars.
