I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

Oneida was extremely knowledgable about the Palisade I purchased. Purchased new 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited, the styling is on point, interior is laid out well comfortable. Got the matte finish bronze and it looks amazing. Our real world mpg is little higher than expected, coming in at 36 combined so far with it being driven 4k miles. The ONLY downside was our after sales service. Drove us insane trying to get the simplest request. Piece of window trim was missing when we took delivery, they had the car for 2+ months to "repair/replace" this ! During that time, it was probably promised "next Friday" , nearly every Fri., and always I always had to be the one to call to try and get update, if you could even talk to a live person, it would be always be * let me check and I'll call you back* and days would go by forcing you to call again. I can't say this about other Hyundai dealerships, but McDonough Hyundai in Georgia has the absolute, positively, worst customer service . It's like Popeyes Chicken, you that chicken sandwich is great, but you also they not known for the service, it ain't no Chik fil a.

So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

Great everyday ride. Not a sports car by any means but has features that no other suv in its size and price can match. Leather seats are uninspiring - suggest they go synthetic with a nicer look and feel. Acceleration of hybrid is very good and appreciate no CVT tranny - prefer the traditional 6speed and front/back drive with no electric motor separately motoring the rear. This is my wife’s car and 2nd in 2 years - upgraded to the hybrid limited because the base engine is a dog and gets terrible mpg.

Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

The experience was impressive from the moment I drove in; a machine automatically checked my car's alignment on the way into the service bay, which is very impressive. -- What really set them apart was the customer service. Not only did they provide a convenient shuttle to and from work, but they were also completely transparent and honest about the repair. Instead of pushing for the more expensive option, they suggested I resurface the rotors, which saved me money. -- That kind of integrity is few and far between; it earned my complete trust.
