I had a 2015 Nissan Rogue S AWD that I loved, but sadly, it was involved in a accident on January 9th, 2026, bought my car at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in 2022, it was declared a total loss, so I got a settlement payment and went looking for a car and noticed that Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls was selling a Hyundai Kona for a decent, and I contacted my previous salesperson, Michael Baldwin, because he gave the best customer service and helped me out the best to find me a car, he was able to help me with the test drive of the 2023 Hyundai Kona I saw, was very professional and very communicative, gave me a CarFax report, it had a very minor car accident, but me and Michael, the salesperson, looked at the car and said it looks like it was very minor, taken care of and never affected the engine or the drive, the Hyundai Kona drove like a new car, like if it was never in a minor accident, he explained well on the Hyundai warranty left, explained about the extended warranty Option, and Gap insurance, and said that I would have to to talk to the finance manager, to do all the signing and see if I can get any lower on the price or deal on the extended warranty after the Hyundai warranty expires, which still had 5 years or 100,000 mile warranty left and I was very appreciative of Michael Baldwin's help, the Finance person was a different story, he wasn't able to lower the price of the vehicle and should have since they were selling the car at a high Kelly Blue Book asking price, even with minor damage reported, but was repaired, by previous owner, which he should have lower the price by $1,000, but didn't, but gave me a discount on yhe extended warranty and Gap insurance, so, I g a ve Michael Baldwin a A+ for a great job of his part and a C+ for the Finance person who I dealt with to sign for the car, he did give me a good interest rate, I highly recommend talking to Michael Baldwin if you want to look at a car at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls, he's the best!🚙👍☺️

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.

John is a very responsible and countable person. I recommend people buy cars at Ford Liberty of Maple Heights. This location has lots of new and used cars. Don't limit yourself at a small area, step out and explore this big dealership, they can save you some money when you found out the deal from their website.

Hands down the BEST dealership around! The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. She made everything easy and PERFECT! Jess went completely above and beyond in customer service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by her personalized attention at every step. She made both the shopping and the actual purchase not just seamless, but actually enjoyable (I normally dread it)! My uncle is a car-buying and financial guru, and came with me to pick up the car. Bought in Dec 2024 with a great deal. We needed a new car to support 3 car seats. The two choices in the category are mainly between the Sienna and the Carnival. Why we chose the Carnival: Availability: You had to pre-order a Sienna or wait 6-9 months to get one. Pricing: The Sienna was on average $10k higher with comparable features and no ability to negotiate down the pricing. Driving: The Carnival is quite speedy off the line given it is a hybrid. We live in a very hilly area (Colorado). The Sienna really struggled and was very loud going up normal hills. Looks: The Carnival looks like an SUV (Chevy Traverse). The Sienna looks like your typical minivan. The Pearl white color is especially beautiful up close. Tech: Large entertainment screen makes reading text / maps very easy. Rear seat camera is nice to see what the kids are doing. Wireless charger, bluetooth CarPlay work great. Expanded rear view camera. Things we wish the Carnival had: AWD: The Sienna is available with AWD (although no models on the lot had it). Instead of AWD we spent $1700 on snow tires, which typically perform better than AWD and all-seasons tires. Auto-dimming mirror / Homelink in the EX trim. I purchased an OEM and installed it myself for ~$275. The dealer price was around $800. Sure wish a $40k car came with an auto dimming mirror when it comes with a rear seat camera! Concerns: Kia has that nice 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure how well the interior will hold up to 3 kids under 5. The Kia connect app also did not work upon purchase and it requires a factory reset at the dealer Overall: Happy with our purchase. It looks like an SUV but has the space and maneuverability of a minivan. It's fast off the line for a car that gets 36 MPG. It's got the tech of more expensive car. Given Toyota's significant number of recalls, I wouldn't default to Toyota as being the safer / nicer option. I don't think it is worth the extra $.

Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

I had driven on the Hyundai/Genesis lot to look at a G70. Which too, is a great car. I noticed the Elantra with its super sharp lines and fell in love with the body. I asked for a key and looked it over inside. The 2021 Limited Hybrid had ALL the bells and whistles. Heated and cooled sates, Bose radio, power seat with memory, all digital dash, and on and on. I took it for an extended test drive and fell in love. I still drove the G70 to make sure of my decision. The Elantra limited has all the G70 had except for heads up and auto wipers. Big deal. The car is a super bargain and so far I am averaging OVER 60 mpg per tank. This current tank, I am at 62.1 mpg so far 200 miles into this fill up. I have a thousand miles now and love everything about this car. I am truly amazed by this Hyundai. Never thought I’d own one. Now that I have given it a chance, I am sure I will buy another someday. If you give this Elantra a chance, be prepared to be totally amazed.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!
