I was looking for a nice used car. Something that would last me. Having been to dealers before I was Leary . I saw a car at preferred autos llc. They have a large inventory of quality cars. The owner Pat, made every step so easy that I was driving away before I knew it. Quality cars, quality people!

All around great car. Limited trunk space for extended journeys. Love the way it handles the road, the comfort, the large GPS display and the exceptional sound system.

The sales manager, David Lee, runs a well oiled sales staff. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional.

My only complaint was on the website it showed a rav4 hybrid I was interested in to have heated seats and steering wheel. I drive 2 hrs too the dealership and the vehicle did not have these options in it. They did take 500 bucks off the price for my troubles though

The only concern I have is that they removed the buttons that activate garage doors claiming that the latter may be done by using the iPhones apps. Replacing one button push with multiple app activation and pushing multiple buttons is the WRONG WAY to go. I did not notice that when I traded-in the previous Honda Hybrid. I will check int he future, because this will be a a BUY-NOBUY ISSUE in future. This car is my wife's car. When I replace mine Honda, this will be my first consideration.

Had the car for a week. Fun to drive. I like the way the interior looks. The seats are a little stiff and no lumbar support, that’s why I gave 4 stars on comfort. Have been getting about 45 mpg combined.

I just bought a slightly used 2024 Ford Ranger from Kings Toyota. J-DAWG worked with me for a couple weeks while I was travelling, then took great care of me on the day of purchase. Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

Tyler advised a Transmission Fluid and filter change in our 2016 Tucson SUV at 75,000 miles to eliminate a slight shudder. We thank him for his knowledge and insight. A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.

I see that all reviews here seem to be negative but it is now 2023 and hopefully things have changed. I have nothing but good to say about my sales guy Dean Tower, at Columbia Hyundai. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and he was very helpfull and informative also helped me set up the system which nowadays can be very confusing. I would recommend him if you need a sales guy.

I bought this car brand new, near the end of january. It drives great the exterior and interior are both amazing. I got the hybrid version so I get 47 Mpg and 600 miles on a full tank. Overall I really like it and would recommend.

Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

I purchased my Santa Fe from Dickson city Hyundai about a month ago I love everything about it so far. Very roomy. The 3rd row is great for the extra passengers but also when it’s down the trunk is huge. Love the dashboard and screen. Back up camera is great. Very safe reliable vehicle for my family with tons of personalization and tons of safety features. It’s luxurious without the heavy price tag.

I'm from Illinois and luckily I was paired up with Adam O'Connor over the phone as my salesman. He made my purchase very easy, he was beyond helpful, and most of all very thorough. Buying a car out of state can make you nervous but I did NOT have that feeling dealing with Adam. The entire staff was courteous as well. Even though I'm from Illinois I will make my next purchase from Performance Honda. I highly recommend this dealership.

PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

I have bought 3 cars from here. 2 new and one used. I have received the best customer service and care for my cars. I will never buy from another dealership again. 5 stars for sales, service, and customer service!

So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

This is a great automobile! Very quiet. I frequently when headed along quiet streets feel like i am gliding along - no noise, smooth ride. I have driven mine a bit over 100,000 miles and have not had any issues with the battery. I am still using the original brake linings. Great car. I figure that it will be my last. I believe that it will last for 300,000 miles and that at that point, I will go to a phone app and request a driverless car that will come to my door, pick me up, take me to my destination, then go to the next request in line.

I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.
