I am giving them a 4 star even though I wanted to give 5 because: 1. I asked them to match a price that I found elsewhere, and they did it within five minutes! 2. They were very responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails 3. The pick up process was smooth, painless, and easy. 4. They took time to explain the features of vehicle and help me get connected to my vehicle. 5. They offer free delivery within 100 radius!!! (WOW) Now for my issues: 6. I paid with a personal check, and they verified funds, but would not give me the title or a receipt showing paid in full. (technically they still own my vehicle, even though I paid them, not my fault if they don't cash right away or use electronic checks in 2025). 7. Some verbiage needs better clarification such as leather seats vs Softex and what actually is on your vehicle. (to date I am still a bit confused because the seats feel like synthetic, which is not what I want). 8. One of the documents says my vehicle is a Landcruiser 1958 and others do not. again confusing. Overall.....this dealership and the sales team are awesome, and I will both recommend them....and deal with them again. I just hope they will work on communicating certain things better in future.

The only problem in this truck is no power seat and heater control only does one side . Real view mirror is to small . Other than that great truck !!

this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast

Most definitely I would recommend Century! First and foremost we are repeat customers! We have done many service appointments (oil changes, tires rotated etc ). I make appointments on my days off, set time and I’m in line when they open and get in and out quickly. I have never had any issues with that process ever! I was surprised with a card that had a coupon to buy a car of choice for Christmas. On Dec 25 I built my car of choice on the Century web site (make, model, color, motor, interior etc. ) and found 1 just how i wanted it, in transit. That in its self was a very fun process. I received it and could not be happier. Thank you Century for Craig who followed through and made all this happen for me, as it was ordered and scheduled to go to a different dealership initially. I love this dream car this was the best Christmas ever!

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

My wife and I ordered a 2013 car through Lou Fusz Ford back in March and Kevin Barry was our salesman. I can?t say enough good things about our experience. To start, Lou Fusz was the only local Ford dealership that was not price gouging this particular car with a ridiculous dealer markup, as it is against their policy. Secondly, even though the wait for the car was long (due to Ford?s production issues, not anything to do with the dealership), Kevin stayed on top of our order, kept in contact with us with any updates and made sure that once the car did arrive that it was handled/delivered just as we had requested it to be. We were very particular and demanding about this car and he did everything right. Most people, myself included, enjoy getting a new car, but don?t usually enjoy the buying process. After our experience with Kevin, we can?t wait to be in the market again for a car and look forward to working with him. He is professional, caring, and goes out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied with everything. He is honest and trustworthy, which are not usually characteristics someone would think of when describing a salesperson. We recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 from Lou Fusz Mazda on Lindberg. My husband and I visited every Mazda dealership in the Saint Charles/Saint Louis area. Our salesperson, Chase Winters, was very knowledgeable about the Mazda 3 and was a pleasure to work with. He lets you make up your mind with no pressure to buy. Chase stayed late after the dealership was closed to make sure all the paperwork was completed and the car was cleaned and ready for us. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We will come back to Lou Fusz and Chase Winters the next time we are in the market for a car.

Awesome gas mileage! Can get 41mpg easily. I chose this over a rav4. I just didn't want to have the same SUV as every other one on the Rd. I love the looks of this vehicle. Interior is way nicer than any rav4 you can buy. I will say that one negative was that I had to replace the front brakes at 10k miles. And it is not my driving! I owned a Honda Accord hybrid previously and the brakes had over 100k on them when I traded it in. I drive this the same way I drove that car and on the same commute. I did hear there was a tsb for the brakes. Rather than make an appt, destroy my rotors waiting to get in, and listen to that awful squealing for another 2 weeks. I just changed the brakes myself. The parts were very inexpensive. The only other annoying thing was that I couldn't get heated steering wheel the top of the line model hybrid... seriously mazda?

I have been going there for a long time now and as youngish woman who’s not rich - I can tell you I have always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy! Scott had been my sales man and is great with his knowledge of the vehicles and explained how all the gadgets work and even went over and beyond for me! He communication is excellent and he is upfront and honest as it gets :) He work With my schedule and makes me feel at home while waiting on word from the bank. Scott always explained the paperwork and what it meant and why - which was so nice for him to take the time and do that with me. I have been to other dealerships years ago and most sales people Would Look at Me and see tomboy and think I’m not worth their time or effort and blow me off. Mike the financial guy was also great, he did his best for me & I know because I saw all the work he was doing and he explained things very well also. Especially with the extended warranty - Which is nice because some will just say “ call them yourself to see what’s covered on the vehicle “. They got me one that cover specifics that I needed for the future :) Lastly even when I would pop in to drop of papers or whatever reason- if Scott wasn't there, The other sales men still got my Questions answered and treated me very well. I would recommend anyone go there and they will have a better experience purchasing a vehicle then they have elsewhere and not feel ripped off …. Which we all know is nice - !! Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

Dave Taylor dealership was outstanding from day one. I personally dealt with David Smith, who is professional, courteous and understanding from the word go. From the moment I first met him on our test drive to the final signatures. He was awesome. My stepson was moving into college so we had a lot of things we had to work around at that time. David Smith took the time out of his day and helped us by taking my wife back-and-forth to our home and also dropping off a dolly at our home. Not only did they gave me a GREAtT PRICE for a Chevy Camaro. It beat the price of all others. I priced that year with those miles on it and every other dealership had them at the least 2 thousand dollars higher than Dave Taylor’s price. They are real, down to earth people that do not have that fake friendliness. They were true and sincere and HONEST! I am 53 years old and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Two weeks ownership impressions, this Jeep is quite impressive. I've never been a Jeep person. Long time Dodge Charger owner in the sports car world. Cross shopping the Mustang Mach-e, the Grand Cherokee 4xe really got my attention. It's got that "in town" all electric distance, but you have the turbo gas engine for range and flexibility. The interior is not quite oppulent luxury, but it is VERY nice inside. Levels above what typical Jeep interiors and technology have been. It's very well put together with nice materials, and even some nice plastics. The one huge strike is the choice of so much center piano black. This material has to die. UConnect 5 is my absolute favorite. It works extremely well. The TomTom Nav is kinda weak. It only works best when you input the exact address. Combined electric and gas performance is impressive! This big SUV launches off the line when asked to. Electric use is pretty good for a big vehicle, at about 26mi. Which has been perfect for local driving when I'm off the highway. My combined MPG with gas/electric has been 25mpg, on Regular fuel. Which is a huge step up from the old Charger, yet I have all this cargo room. In the recent snow storms, this GC has been a snow BEAST. Very stable, and the stock Bridgestone tires have been acceptable in their snow performance. A few negatives; the dealer helped fixed a squeaky front panel right away. And they updated my UConnect system, where the screen was flashing black. After those fixes, the GC 4xe has been flawless. The engine is a bit noisy at higher rpms, but I don't mind it too much getting to use its performance. I've been Level 1 charging overnight at home, which has been adequate, taking about 14-15hrs for a full charge. That usually gets 2-3 local errand/to highway trips before it runs out. Then I charge again for the next day. When the battery is "dead" there's enough reserve to operate like a Prius hybrid, to help keep fuel efficiency up while in gas mode. Overall very happy! It's a lease to hedge my bets on this new tech, hopefully it keeps going well! I might be a Jeep convert!

I had to order my Forester and I had to wait for it for a few months. All the time I was kept in the loop and updated on the delivery date. The sales rep was friendly and very knowledgeable. When the vehicle arrived, he went through the purchasing process with me until all my questions were answered. The financing manager explained all aspects of the loan with me. A few days after I received the Foerster a rock hit my windshield and left a crack. The service department fixed it and gave me a free loaner car during the process. Iwas very pleased. I would recommend the dealership to all my friends and family.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

Very good car overall. I like the fact that this year (2026) Kia went more the truck feel and structure with the Sportage rather than the sedan feel and structure. I perceive more stability and comfort compared to the previous models. It feels more durable.

A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.

Had car salesman Hunter that was extremely helpful in finding a used SUV for my price range. Showed huge variety and among a variety of brands and even let us drive home to see if it'd fit in garage no problem. Price was acceptable and car we got was great! Highly recommend Hunter as salesman as he was more than accommodating to get the car we wanted.

My spouse asked me to get a new vehicle in mid-November 2024. I had been reading reviews of the new 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. We had been sharing a 2018 Honda CR-V EX-L that we bought new in December of 2017. I had been planning on getting a replacement vehicle in December of 2025 but my spouse recommended that we get one before the end of 2024 because of the upcoming tariffs. I had been in a quandary about which vehicle to get. As soon as I heard about Mazda getting the Toyota hybrid system in the CX-50 I became interested. I went to drive a CX-50 and found that the dealerships didn't yet have the hybrid model. I drove a turbo version and was surprised that it wasn't that responsive. I also found that the ride was too harsh. Within a week I went back and test drove a hybrid. I found the performance to be good and the ride quality to be much better than the turbo. I was impressed with the amount of equipment included in the Premium Plus version: panoramic moon roof, red real leather seats, heads up display, Bose stereo, power folding mirrors. We purchased one for thousands less than a Toyota RAV4 or Honda CR-V Hybrid. I'm very impressed with the handling and ride. So far we've had no problems at all and we currently have an indicated 41mpg.
