This was my first time at this dealership and Jimi went above and beyond to make sure it was a wonderful experience, he was helpful and very personable. The drive was over an hour but well worth it, I can’t think of a better place to shop for cars, incredible staff and buying experience!

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Chris was all about making sure we got the vehicle we wanted. He repeatedly went to bat for us to meet our criteria. He wasn't going to let us leave without our "new" vehicle. A dedicated salesman. We will definitely be back when we need another vehicle.

We purchased the limited edition. It has all the bells and whistles you could ask for. Love driver 1 & 2. Comfortable seats and ride. Love the reclining back seats. Lots of trunk space. Windshield wipers that come on by themselves. So many features! I Love my new car

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

Bought a Mazda CX5 from them. The experience there was top notch. The paperwork side of it was quick and simple, no unnecessary waiting around once I decided I wanted to purchase the car. I was also able to purchase an extended warranty through them after the purchase. Highly recommend buying a car from them.

As my first new Toyota this Tundra is absolutely amazing! I have had many new cars but never a Toyota. This thing drives like a dream! Got lots of power to spare! The only thing I dislike about this truck is the turning radius sucks! All the other things about this truck is amazing so I will suck it up with the turning!

The 2026 Palisades Calligraphy Hybrid is awesome, I loved my 2023 Palisades Calligraphy, but the Hybrid is far and away better from the increased horsepower, back to the 6 speed transmission and the outrageous MPG 600 plus to a tank, I drove the BMW X5 and X7, the MB, Porches, etc. could not find a $35,000 to $90,000 differences. For $60,000 and the 10/100,000 it cannot be beat.

we pulled up to look, an right away Cody came out an introduced himself. i was looking at Kona, an he suggested i take it for a drive, knew i liked the car then. He helped us with the whole buying process an made it so easy for us, there was no high pressure to buy, just a helpful salesman. Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

We've dealt with Mike Estep for all of our 4 trucks. Being a long time customer of his says a lot about his caring attitude and his character.We enjoy working with Mike every 3 years... we lease our trucks that pull our 5th wheel camper. We know that we can rely on him to find what we need. Mike is personable and straightforward. He gets the job done and does it very well. We'll see him again when it's time for truck number 5.

Reliable, Comfortable, and Great Gas Milage. When driving the 2023 accord you'll never see a lack of comfort. The ride is smooth, quite and clean with its drive train.

I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. Go check out the Kia Sportage Hybrid I think you will find it worth your while.

Was very happy with the process of leasing a vehicle. I went in with a specific goal to lease, and with little hassle, they could meet my needs. Cory, the salesman was polite and patient. Everyone we spoke with was great. I am not a true car fan. To me, I am concerned about value, affordability, and reliability, but I do love my Venue! I plan to receive excellent care of my car at this dealership with maintenance.

Very satisfied with everything—wonderful mileage, fit and finish, adequate acceleration but some road noise. Great that my golf clubs fit in sideways versus having to lower a back seat back. Very good service dealership. Would definitely buy again!

They aren't our closest dealership, but we gladly travel the extra distance to Coughlin after a horrible shopping experience with our "local" Hyundai dealer in Athens, Ohio. The sales staff is excellent, friendly and no pressure. They are very good at finding the right vehicle for a customer's needs and budget. Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.
