We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

I have had my Rav 4 for 10 years. All of my services have been done at Pat Lobb in McKinney. They have been professional and friendly. I have appreciated all their hard work and honesty. They always offer me a ride home and are very accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership.

This car is loaded. There is nothing on the lot any better. Full featured. Air condition leather seats. Birdseye view. Would love to have a prime with all these features but I have not seen one yet.

Getting great gas mileage, over 52 MPH avg for the year. Absolutely no mechanical issues after 26,000 miles, just routine maintenance only by the dealer. No recalls.

Eric Tharp was a great salesman he gave her a really great deal and he was very informative he did not try to sell her something she could not afford. A sale price and $10,000 in incentives brought me to the dealer 3 1/2 years ago, and now, after all this time and 40,000 miles I could sell the car for more than I spent on it. But we won't be selling any time soon. My wife and I agree that we won't consider selling it because there just isn't a comparable car on the market, at any price. The creature comforts are many and we've saved thousands of dollars on gas. The only con is that it's not a powerful car when running on the 103 hp 4 cylinder alone. But, with a charge in the battery, the car is plenty quick and fast. And, unlike the all electric's we never have to wait in line at a charging station which would drive us nuts. Easily the best, most trouble free car I've ever had in my 40+ years of driving.

I went to Patt Lobb Toyota yesterday to get the 5k service done on my Grand Highlander Hybrid. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I was only the second person in line to check out, but the receptionist called another employee over to help me. The atmosphere there is always upbeat and I can tell the employees are happy. Hats off to the GM/leadership there as it starts from the top. A+

Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

Purchased the 2022 Kia Sorento Phev Prestige 3 weeks ago & couldn't be happier. This vehicle is a dream to drive. It handles with the ease & control of a luxury sedan, but with the added benefit of a roomy cabin that makes your trip, short or long a comfortable driving experience. We’re all looking to get more bang for our buck these days, and although the initial sticker price mark-up may present a bit of an initial shock, (what vehicle new or used, doesn’t do that these days) I enjoy the peace of mind that most of my daily trips throughout the week allow me to mission accomplish without using an ounce of petro; and yet, if the need arises, I have the added assurance that it’s available without a hiccup, by delivering the power we expect it to have. In my opinion, for those reasons & more, it has to be one of the best plug-in SUV’S on the road. The federal credit isn’t a bad deal either,

I love my new Prius. It is elegant in appearance, fun to drive, and easy to plug in and recharge. Since I began charging it I haven't used any gas. I love the safety features.

I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. I bought this truck in 2023 after an accident took my 2022 Maverick. First truck was great and this one was no different. It’s now almost December 2025 and I have 45,000 miles on it. It drives great gets 30 miles to the gallon every time with the 2 L turbo engine. I changed the oil every 4000 miles had the transmission serviced at 35,000 I’m hoping that will help with the longevity.

As my first new Toyota this Tundra is absolutely amazing! I have had many new cars but never a Toyota. This thing drives like a dream! Got lots of power to spare! The only thing I dislike about this truck is the turning radius sucks! All the other things about this truck is amazing so I will suck it up with the turning!
