Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

What a great dealership! After being mislead at another local dealership (drove 2 hours to get to this one, rhymes with tow), I called to see if another vehicle was still available. To my luck, Brandon with Rusty Drewing Toyota answered and was nothing but exceptional during our visit! He quickly got me a response and made sure the vehicle was ready as I was pulling in. Brandon did nothing but process this deal quickly (which I appreciated with two young kids under five and the hubby not with me that day), honestly and openly tell me about pricing and financing options, offered us a great vehicle and made it an easy process! He even has the best marketing, leaving you lots of his fun stickers so you know who to call and who to refer, which I have been doing since buying from Brandon at Rusty's! Our finance associate was also FANTASTIC! He was quick and kind in explaining details and options and made the process easy too! To top it off, during that time, they offered our family a trip to their "candy store and ice cream" at the dealership, helping to keep my kiddos and myself happy during a process that does take a little time. After finishing things up we were gifted a nice wine bottle and some more of Brandon's personal goodies (snow scrapper, car koozies, etc.)! I have never felt more VIP at a dealership! We found ourselves between a rock and a hard place and didn't think there was anything we could do, but we stopped at Machens to look at their "tent sale" vehicles. It was then that I ran into the greatest guy, Mr. MC Dampier, while I was certain there was nothing they could do to help us, MC was sure he could help us out. It took him less time than I thought and he had us preapproved for a reliable used car with low mileage and affordable payments. Along with MC, Mr. Dedrick Shelby was also very helpful and actually closed the deal. Awesome gas mileage! Can get 41mpg easily. I chose this over a rav4. I just didn't want to have the same SUV as every other one on the Rd. I love the looks of this vehicle. Interior is way nicer than any rav4 you can buy. I will say that one negative was that I had to replace the front brakes at 10k miles. And it is not my driving! I owned a Honda Accord hybrid previously and the brakes had over 100k on them when I traded it in. I drive this the same way I drove that car and on the same commute. I did hear there was a tsb for the brakes. Rather than make an appt, destroy my rotors waiting to get in, and listen to that awful squealing for another 2 weeks. I just changed the brakes myself. The parts were very inexpensive. The only other annoying thing was that I couldn't get heated steering wheel the top of the line model hybrid... seriously mazda?

Easily scheduled our appointment. Completed the service and called when finished. Check in guys were great. We?ll continue getting our car serviced in the future.

We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

Mr Anthony Heaper was--is my salesman. We were doing wonderfully with a 2015 Silky Blue VW GOLF, and the car "sold" before I started to finalized my offer, and transportation situations. I live in Tulsa, and I have confidence we will buy our VW from Joe Machens via Mr. Anthony Heaper. Anthony is not pushy, very polite, and helpful. Only down side to buy from Joe, is I live in Tulsa. No way to take advantage of the LOCAL Dealership "FREEBIES." Believe the end price will make it all worth while. ~`~`~` PS: I have visited the local VW dealer, and they were not too friendly.

Purchased at 35k , now at 50k miles. No issues so far. Rides like new. Very,very stable on freeway and when making turns. Hybrid model has a heavy battery pinning down the car for extra road grip. My wife loves how stable it is. Our other SUV tilts during turns, but Fusion gives you a peace of mind that it won't overturn. Lumbar support seats are awesome, and pretty well designed. Also enjoying power seat adjust on front seats. Ideal commuter. Impressed to get 38 mpg town/freeway. I love toyota prius too but fusion is a better looking car IMHO. Only con is a small screen especially when backing up , but we have SE trim,so that's why. Loving fuel tank that's capless, 1 less thing to twist. Just insert that hose at a gas station and remove when done! The interior is also very quiet so taking a phone call is a breeze. Really loving intuitive physical button controls. We entertained an idea of getting another car with a big sensor screen and on-screen buttons, but we are not giving up our physical controls on Ford after all! I have read this is a very reliable car among American manufacturers. Piece of advise: but $20 lug nuts and replace stock ones on wheels ,because they get swollen, buldge and impossible to remove in field conditions.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Wonderful service, a very comfortable place to wait with snacks and even doggy treats. We purchased our car from Columbia Honda and will definitely return when we are ready to trade. All staff are very friendly.

I'm loving the 2025 Hybrid Sport-L. Honda put just the right amount of luxury features to make this the "sweet spot" of the Hybrid line-up. Only quibbles (and they are small) would be the slight lack of power from 40mph to 70mph and the lack of mud flaps/guards on the Hybrid models (easy and cheap to add on). I've average 32 city and about 38 highway. With its relatively small gas tank, I'm average 400-450 miles per tank at about $30 per fill up.

No matter if I pull in to have the air in my tires checked or a weird noise looked into, the customer service is top notch and full of smiles! I love this car company!

PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

I have been using Columbia Honda for all of my services and repairs on my 2018 Nissan Frontier for the past several years and have NEVER had any issues whatsoever. My experience with my 2025 Civic Sedan Hybrid has been a mixed one, although it would be only fair to state that I am still getting accustomed to the car. A major shortcoming is that the manual isn't at all helpful. Googling provides a variety of responses which are not necessarily relevant - i.e. my initial search for how to engage rear wiper - instructions found. I struggled until eventually I determined car does not have one, which is a major disappointment to me. Defroster is mediocre and turns itself off. Settings are on/off - no way to increase fan with rear defroster. I had zero visibility out back in heavy rains. Side mirrors good range of visibility. Good warning for potential blind spots. I found it especially helpful to add full view mirror (snaps onto rear view). This enables me to see out back windows as well as through rear of car. After owning the car for a little over 3 months now, there are still many features I do not yet know/understand. My salesman has been as helpful as possible, but not always accessible (which is understandable). Size is larger than anticipated; it's on me that I didn't realize the sedan is so much larger than the hatchback. A bit of buyer's remorse there. Although out here in this area, perhaps a larger car is to my advantage. Most other cars SUVs (which I did not want). Mileage is excellent. Pick-up excellent, even on Eco mode. Interior seating very comfortable, although for such a large car, few places to keep things. Glove compartment very small. Sound system magnificent, especially after tweaking to my personal taste. Interior is very quiet. Turning radius and general steering excellent. Ability to adjust driver's seat excellent. Cruise control setting automatically engages approaching/side collision alert which slows /resumes speed out of driver's control. This can be somewhat adjusted to change distance of warning from default normal to closer so that interference from cars in distance (i.e. on curve) not as strongly affected. Would be helpful to have known about this ahead of time; it was frightening feeling car accelerating/decelerating "out of control". Roomy trunk; easy to engage mechanism to lower back seats right from the trunk. Handy for loading large cargo. Recommend cargo liner at purchase time. Same for shields around windows that enable window to be open without it raining in. VERY difficult to find a windshield sun shade that actually fits. I am still looking. Front display screen good size; easily visible. Good storage memory for saved gps. Would be much better if a tutorial for this were included in paperwork. Pay attention to treatment at service. One should never feel dismissed. ALL questions are valid questions. That said, continued appreciation to my salesman who always took the time to find out rather than giving unreliable information.

Driven almost 2700 miles in over month after purchase. I bought the Blue line, which is considered the base model Hybrid. This is my 1st Hyundai and hybrid.The underdog of compact SUV’s. Best value for the money compared to Toyota and Honda for what it comes with. Exterior looks, in my opinion is aggressive and I like it. Also a bit more roomier for occupants and cargo. It may have a little less mpg than those 2 but it makes up for it in HP and torque. The tech it comes with is easy to navigate and screen is responsive when navigating the menus. Apple car play and Android auto is easy to connect and use. The transition between electric and gas is fairly smooth. I am getting 37mpg so far not too far off their 38mpg claim and with a quarter tank left I get over 300+ miles. I feel that it is better in handling as well. Steering feels tighter as well. Interior feel is very good with the materials used, doesn’t feel like cheap plastic. Only gripe I have is I wish they provided air vents for the wireless charging pad and the phone holder pad on the dash. Give this SUV a chance, I have. Also has the best warranty on the market.
