Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. I haven't visited the facility yet, so commenting on the physical dealership or service facility isn't yet possible. This dealership, so far, has gone the extra mile in assisting my son, who is currently deployed to Afghanistan and due to return at the end of Aug, with purchasing and holding a car for him. I called at least 8-10 other dealerships who had cars that my son was interested in, and none of them were willing to hold a car, even with a deposit until he returns. This dealership has gone that extra mile to help in this unique situation, and their willingness to do that has helped tremendously. The salesman I have dealt with is named Joe, and his assistance has been incredible so far. My son and I look forward to meeting him, and picking up my son's car early next month.

I liked how friendly everyone was and how fast it was to sign a deal on my new 2018 Camry. Even tho we had a kid with us Ronnie worked with us to accommodate the baby and even had a play room for him.

I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.
