Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

The purchase of the used F-150 was very easy. All documents were ready when I arrived. I would recommend Bob Maxey Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

2023 F150 Lariat. Just bought this used so these are my first impressions. So far very happy with the truck. Comfortable and handles nicely. V-6 seems very responsive. My issues at this point are related to my ability to setup this truck the way I want it. I am lucky that it came with the feature for automatic shutoff every time you stop for a red light already permanently removed. I would hate that feature if it had it. There is a lot of other features I would just as soon not have that I have had varying levels of success in turning off. Automatic lane keeping is one. While I was able to turn it off in the settings, it still interferes with setting cruise control. When I try to turn cruise control on it sets lane keeping anyway and I have to turn it off with another button press, while showing a stupid truck icon on the dash instead of my speed. I have to press an OK button to turn lane keeping off, then it will set the cruise control. All these button presses and having to look at the dash while doing this are very distracting and increases the time I'm not looking at the road, actually making the truck less safe. You really have to pick your time for setting cruise control. The automatic braking is another dangerous feature in my view. Thankfully I was able to turn that one off. The truck will beep 2 times if the engine is running and you get out, like to check your mailbox. It is irritating at best, not just for me, but for my neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night. There is no mute button on the steering wheel for the radio, that I can find at least. I had this feature on other trucks and found it very helpful. Reverse brake assist makes no sense to me at all. I turned it off, but it is another one that puts a warning message on the dash to tell me that. I find the warning messages for the features I have turned off distracting and useless. These are my first impressions, there will probably be more later.

I came in for a tire rotation and was in a hurry, the service manager drove my truck in himself and saw that it got completed quickly and finished it with a wash, thanks a lot Doug!

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.

Suburban Volvo surpassed my every expectations! They had a vehicle I was interested in, I reached out and John Smith made it happen! Called that morning, was viewing the car that afternoon...he followed up with a no-pressure call and I owned the car the next day! BTW I never visited the lot, I stay 200 miles away...Call John Smith he can/will make it happen just as easily for you! Kudos John!

routine B service was performed with good satisfaction. No problems but in at 8:45 and out at 3:45. That was too long far a short service. Still I was very pleased especially without the usual call saying we found something else to fix.

So nice car so fast so much options and futuristic it’s future world of cars performance, AMG I would recommend it for smart people it’s great

I had a 2024 same Suv, everthing is same except I dont think the cabin noise is better than 2024, its same or more , thats the only issue I have and it dosent bother me but they advertise that the 2025 will have less cabin noise

Apparently I am not computer literate. This is my fourth and final attempt to write a review for the absolute best Mercedes dealership ever! I have had, I believe, seven Mercedes, only deviating once as I was enamored with a San Remo green convertible elsewhere. Six months later I returned to Mercedes where Deb found a lovely black GLC 300 for me, Norma and Manny aided in my lack of computer skills with the technical side of the vehicle and dear Sam watched my beloved Kingston when I did the paperwork. Service solved a software issue in a timely fashion even vacuuming my car per my request. Greg in Service was inundated with phone calls and kindly took the time to tie my shoe, again upon my request, as I was holding my multipoo. Lee Ghesquiere, his sons, Taylor and Chase are all a tribute to their late father and grandfather who has always helped me in the past and would be so proud of the legacy he founded. Thanks to all! I have had my 2024 Lincoln Nadius for over a year now ! There has been a few issues the first 6 months with brakes etc but you can always expect issues the first year! I but I love the interior and exterior style Can’t be more happy with this car It’s been running extremely well now no issues at all !😊

But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. I have had the XLE with some upgrade options as a company fleet vehicle. I have driven it about 12,000 miles in six months from 36k to 48k miles, now. I use it as a work vehicle for sales calls and some personal use. Here’s my plusses and minuses. Plusses: 1. Acceleration is strong and quick. Great for merges and when you need to pass. Amazing for a car this big. 2. While I have not calculated mileage, it is amazing and definitely as good or better than the rating. 3. Space and layout is good. I generally use it with all the rear seats down, though. Only a little family use and it was okay. 4. Reliability. Not a single problem and I think the first rep abused the car and took poor care of it. Minuses: 1. Engine is loud when gas kicks in. Would be unacceptably loud in a luxury car. 2. Comfort is mediocre. Large flat hard seats. Might be better if you are bigger. 3. Tech. Small screen, annoying beeps, lane keep adjusts too hard and would not kick in on a cold snowy day. Maybe the sensor was frozen but should not have. Apple CarPlay is what you want to use. Adaptive cruise tends to keep pushing you back to increase distances. Some cars you can set it, not sure on this. It’s annoying when you’re trying to maintain distance in a fast lane and it’s pushing you back. Also, on curvy roads, almost any curve it auto-brakes gently. You have to turn it off on mountain roads or you’ll make everyone sick. Overall, it is a great car on performance and average or mediocre on everything else. I would recommend the car as a reliable family hauler or work car as I use it. I have a Hyundai Palisade Limited (gas) and if you didn’t want a hybrid I’d totally go Hyundai as it’s way nicer on comfort and Hyundai tech is far better. To be fair, my Palisade is a higher trim but I don’t think the Toyota is that much better on higher trims and tech won’t improve.

When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale!
